They have replaced my water heater, garbage disposal, and fixed the toilet in my basement. I had my AC unit replaced this summer, they were great getting us set up with a portable AC unit for the night and were able to replace the entire unit the next day. I have them currently adding an outlet in my garage and basement office. I use all their services and couldn't be happier! Pricing js not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. You get what you pay for is how I see it. I don't give a lot of reviews but feel they earn my business time and time again, I will ALWAYS recommend them!

I requested repairs to two toilets and described in detail what needed to be done before I ever booked the appointment. I was led to believe this was possible (oh I fixed it myself by the way) and the 'technician' they sent was very condescending in things he said to me and acted as tho I was completely ignorant. Finally, he presented me with an estimate to replace 2 toilets (which according to him wouldn't cost any more than fixing them). Over $1,800.00! Do they think people are really that stupid to pay that kind of pure robbery!? When I told him no, he informed me that toilets weren't that expensive and I could buy my own and get on you tube to see how to replace one. So he admits toilets are not expensive yet wants to charge that price. Apparently he was not nearly as clever as he thought he was to openly contradict himself. Furthermore, the toilets did not need to be replaced, they just needed some interior valve adjustments. Again, trying to gouge elderly people because they think we will not fight back. Well I've got news, we didn't get to this age without learning a few things, and one of them is not to be taken advantage of by pirates. I was just going to let this whole thing go until I saw my invoice today and saw that it stated I had 'refused to let them fix my toilets'! making it sound like I was unreasonable. Treat me bad once and I might let it go, keep poking the bear and you better know I will let everyone know just exactly what lack of service and shoddy treatment I received! This is a terrible business with even worse employees! Go elsewhere!!
