When he finally did show up a week later he said a part went out and he put a rush on it. Here it is January and still no part we went through the cold weather using heaters and my stove. I know it don't take weeks for a part you put a rush on to take almost a month to come in. Yet here we are still waiting and I have two children that I have to take over to my mom's house when it's too cold for the heaters to keep up.
