As far as employment in their Wichita office as a CSR representative I faced unclear directions and aggression especially in my final conversation this morning with Mandi & Alicia. Mandi was cold, rude, and even cursed in my final meeting with her. The offer letter I received was incorrect when it came to pay & hours and when I brought it up on DAY 1 it was never addressed or corrected by Gabe who is the person who hired me. Alicia showed favoritism towards her other employees and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in just the 2.5 weeks I had been there. Kelsey (at the front desk) was rude, undermining, and an instigator. The culture felt extremely toxic to anyone outside of their "group". Alicia even removed me from a teams group chat maliciously and then tried to double back saying she didn't but I have proof. I am SO glad to have ended my employment here before anymore of my time got wasted. It has nothing to do with having a "thick skin" - (their words), they are just RUDE end of story. I was also told by Jaden an employee training me there that they were charging customers extra for estimates which are supposed to be free so CUSTOMER beware. read more

My ac condenser quit working right before winter came. Prior to it quiting it had other repairs done. It was made in 1997 and they don't make some of the parts anymore. So time for a new one. None of the other repair companies told me it was illegally wired or that I could just replace the ac part of my dual system. They all tried to sale me a whole new system. I couldn't afford a whole new system. Plus my heat still works. Benjamin explained everything to me took measurements and said that I will get a quote through email before deciding on buying. I'm waiting for the quote. My overall experience was great. One thing I did dislike is paying 99.00 service fee for nothing to be fixed only looked at and measurements taken. I do understand companies need to make money and people need to be paid so overall understandable. I'll update again after I get quote and things are actually fixed. We had to have our sewer line replaced. We were given two estimates. One for a trench less and one for a completely new sewer line, which it was nice to have a choice. The guys were very professional, and thoughtful putting up the fence so our dog didn't get out. They did a great job and we are very grateful that Eck Services and their guys came through for us and replaced a system that had been in there since 1958. We would and will recommend this company for any of their services. They even started and finished the job even though we didn't have the full price yet, which in today's world kindness like that goes a long way and really means a lot. Thank you so very much. I called in the morning and by noon I had 2 very respectful and reliable young men knocking on my door. They trouble shot the problem and explained to me what they had found after working. They ended up replacing my waterheater for me. They were so respectful, they did an awesome job and explained everything to me so I knew what they were doing. They even cleaned up after themselves. A storm had torn off our electrical meter and we needed to update the panel before Evergy would come. Daniel was very courteous and knowledgeable with his estimate for Eck, and they had the best prices. He did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure we got our electricity turned back on as soon as possible. He was able to get it turned on the first day he came.
