Jordan, Mary, Mario, and their crew are professional and responsive. They are helpful in walking through insurance issues. We recently had an above and beyond experience with Chris and Beth at New System Cleaning &…read moreRestoration. We initially hired them to restore our beloved white Italian leather sofa and recliner. Upon further review of the MANY services they offer we also got a quote to clean our homes bajillion windows. We had several quotes for this massive project over the years and just never could pull the trigger. Chris was thorough checking each window inside and out to make sure he could access them all. He also showed me how to remove window panes and screens, if I ever wanted to tackle a few windows myself, and this was during the quote! I was so impressed by his knowledge and willingness to share his expertise we hired him for both jobs. This proved to be one of the best decisions we ever made, our couch and chair look brand new! Chris was able to remove stains on our sofa caused by blue jeans along with a deep clean and conditioning to restore its original glory. Now for the windows and screens, my mind has been blown. They are spotless, I can barely tell there are screens in the windows everything is so pristine. The level of detail Chris and Beth put into their work makes their competitive pricing a steal! They were meticulous inside and out, from vacuuming tracks, dusting tops of window panes with a paintbrush, scraping splattered paint and bugs off windows, scrubbing screens and of course cleaning and drying windows of all sizes on multi-levels. They even cleaned all the tiny itty-bitty windows on our 2 garage doors. Simply exceptional service and some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Long story short, competitive pricing with exceptional, above and beyond, service from consummate professionals. In addition to window cleaning and leather repair they offer car detailing, furniture repair, carpet & upholstery cleaning, and solar panel cleaning.

When our home flooded, we faced total devastation--emotionally and physically--having never…read moreexperienced anything like it before. Our finished basement, which represented half of our home, was a total loss. We were on several lists with different companies for water and mold remediation, but FreshCo stood out from the start. They asked one crucial question that no one else did: "Is there visible mold?" Upon hearing there was, they prioritized us because they genuinely cared about our health and well-being. From the moment FreshCo arrived, every team member showed compassion and professionalism. They took care of moving every piece of furniture, clothing, and storage item, sparing me from having to lift a finger. They didn't just move things--they organized everything so it was easier for me to sort through. They advised what was likely a total loss but always left the final decision to me, showing empathy for items that had sentimental value. The team was prepared, health-conscious, and protective of our upstairs living space. They went above and beyond to safeguard our floors and walls, and they repeatedly asked if I needed help as I sorted through items. A large dumpster was delivered, and they handled disposal of all trash and damaged furniture, ensuring I didn't have to. They even offered guidance on which items could potentially be restored and offered to help with that process. Before leaving, FreshCo secured the basement to prevent unsafe air from circulating upstairs and set up equipment, including dehumidifiers, air purifiers, and machines to pump out bad air. We are currently in the airing-out phase, and the next steps will include cleaning the basement thoroughly and returning salvaged items. What truly sets FreshCo apart is their genuine care. They helped ease the initial shock of our loss simply by being compassionate and prepared. Financially, we weren't ready to handle everything at once, but they explained our options and provided steps to help us through the process. I prayed we'd find the right company to help us, and FreshCo exceeded every expectation. To Malachi, London, Sara, Luigi, Leslie and Aidan: thank you for helping us through this tragedy. I hope we never face a situation like this again, but if we do, FreshCo will be our first call. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of water or mold remediation.

They hit my washer with the drywall didn't even try to wipe it off.
