The cloth seats in my 2014 Subaru Forester had years worth of coffee/food stains, pet hair, etc. I tried having another detailer clean it up last year but they were unable to get most of the pet hair out or the stains. (my dog has very short hair so it really sticks in the cloth and is very hard to remove) In comes Chris, and I can't thank him enough for his work. He quoted me 2 hours max to clean up the seats. Turns out it was much harder to clean than anticipated, so he spent an extra 45 minutes and charged me the same rate he quoted me for two hours. I'm sure he went over many spots 8-10 times. After he was done, the seats literally looked brand new! I wish I took before and after photos for proof. We recently had an above and beyond experience with Chris and Beth at New System Cleaning & Restoration. We initially hired them to restore our beloved white Italian leather sofa and recliner.
