They kept it for two days and then told her it was just going to be that way. She would need to buy a trickle charger to be able to drive her car. Charged her several hundred for this great advice. Then against advice from family she returned to Conklin due to her air conditioning not working. They kept the vehicle for 4 hours and would not give her a ride home as a courtesy. At the end of the 4 hours they said they were not sure but would order a part to fix it. How long would the part take to come in? She asked. They replied they didn't know and they had to order it from Amazon. ????? charge of $500 Took two weeks for the part to come in. They installed it and tried the AC. The service department told her they installed the part incorrectly and burned it up. They would be ordering another part at her expense even though they are the ones who ruined the first one. The second part only took one day to arrive. Odd since the first one took weeks. She argued the responsibility of her paying for the part but they would not budge.
