The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and honest from the moment we walked in. It's hard to find businesses that truly care about helping people, especially in a last-minute situation, but they absolutely did. I tried to convince him 'Kevin Cares' would be a more appropriate name for his business,…read moreconsidering the genuine quality work that Kevin provides. However, it's true, he's an outlaw in the automotive world simply because he's not like any other shop or mechanic whose goal it is to overcharge and under service. Kevin can't stand the way automotive shops double or triple the price of parts and charge outrageous amounts for work to be done. While I was quoted anywhere from $1500-$900 by multiple other shops, Kevin helped me my own brand new parts for half the cost, he came to my home and made the repairs in less than three hours for a fair and sensible hourly rate. He sincerely wants to help get your repairs done at a reasonable cost. No doubt I will be reaching out to Kevin again for all of my future automotive service needs.

My original engine only needed the timing chain fixed but instead of being ethical, he wanted money. He told me I basically had to replace the engine and so I did. Truck looked great once we finally got it back but now we are having problems with the passenger side window, which has ALWAYS worked great. There wasn't even any damage to the passenger side so I don't know why they would even mess with it. But now it makes a "clunk" noise and sounds like it's cracking when it goes up or down and seems to fall into the door when rolled all the way down. I would say this place would be okay for small detailing and dents but not for big repairs as they seem to mess with stuff that doesn't need fixing to begin with.
