Took it to Conklin Cars for the "oil leak" that wasn't supposed to be there. Anyway he tried to jab me with a $575.00 dollar charge for a muffler and a gasket. Said he'd take $100.00 off for "cash". Wish my pension check came in "cash'. Don't know why I chose this shop. Conklin has treated me right and that's where I'll go from now on.

Heath told me all about the car, and even identified a small dent to be fixed prior to shipping - something I could not see over video and wouldn't have known about prior to purchase from another state. Kendra in finance handled all the paperwork and financing and was very helpful and responsive to financing. Donnie helped work out the transportation and solve issues with delays from the transportation company. I would recommend anyone who is buying from out of state to feel comfortable that they'll take care of you as if you're sitting in their office.

This ended up being an over 2 month ordeal, both with ordering the parts and fixing my car. They did not call me with updates - I had to call them, they tried to postpone fixing it after knowing I was coming for 2 weeks - gave me a crappy car for not being willing to wait any longer. After waiting so long, I got my car back in good condition, but the whole process was definitely the worst service I've ever experienced.
