The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and honest from the moment we walked in. They worked with us quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped create a plan that fit our budget instead of pressuring us into unnecessary purchases. They also gave us multiple quotes on different tire options so we could choose what worked best for us. Their prices were very fair, and the customer service was outstanding. It's hard to find businesses that truly care about helping people, especially in a last-minute situation, but they absolutely did. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing fast, reliable, and trustworthy tire service!

However, it's true, he's an outlaw in the automotive world simply because he's not like any other shop or mechanic whose goal it is to overcharge and under service. Kevin can't stand the way automotive shops double or triple the price of parts and charge outrageous amounts for work to be done. While I was quoted anywhere from $1500-$900 by multiple other shops, Kevin helped me my own brand new parts for half the cost, he came to my home and made the repairs in less than three hours for a fair and sensible hourly rate. He sincerely wants to help get your repairs done at a reasonable cost. I'm very pleased that I chose Kevin for my automotive repairs, knowing that he saved me both time and money, and knowing that my costs went directly to an honest and hard-working person. No doubt I will be reaching out to Kevin again for all of my future automotive service needs.
