While driving through Kansas on a road trip from Texas to Utah, we found ourselves in an unexpected…read moresituation where we needed new tires for our minivan. Our main goal was to get a good set of tires for our vehicle, get them balanced, and aligned, and then get back on the road as we had already experienced a delay in our trip. Our experience with the folks at RNR-Hutchison was positive in every way. They were able to get the tires we wanted on our vehicle, within the timeframe that we needed, and we were back on the road the next morning, saving us a lot of money. In my experience, the people there were friendly, knowledgeable, and they did everything that they said they would do. PS: While I was there, in their showroom, during the time that they were working on my vehicle, I was able to do some remote work on my laptop. As I did, I observed several people coming and going perhaps wanting to purchase new tires for their vehicle, or to make a payment on an installment agreement that they had previously set up with RNR, or, in one case, I saw a person who came in to resolve an issue that they were having with RNR. In every case, whether it was a new customer, an ongoing one, or one with a disagreement, I observed the staff interacting professionally with the customers. I've only had one experience with RNR-Hutchison, but I must assume that this kind of interaction is standard practice with their staff. In particular, I'd like to call out Lexi, who handled my purchase, she went above and beyond to make my experience with RNR-Hutchison great. Thank you.
