Gordon was able to immediately come pick up my truck and take it to his shop. He followed up that evening to let me know what was going on, and then the next day he contacted me again to explain that the starter that had been sold to him wasn't the correct one, so it would take another day. True to his word, the next day before noon, my truck was good to go. There had been some issues with my batteries as well, so he tested those and even put a used battery in to see if he could get everything working properly. Sure enough, it all came together just right. The entire transaction and every interaction with Gordon couldn't have been smoother, better, or more professional. As a woman, I've had plenty of experiences being talked down to about "man things." The old cliché about women being patted on the head or taken advantage of by mechanics unfortunately still rings true. I got none of that from Gordon. He treated me with complete respect, was straightforward with me about what was happening, and was friendly and jovial throughout the whole process. His fees were very reasonable and appropriate. Everything from picking up the truck, to getting it fixed, to the final financial transaction was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Gordon and his service.

The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and honest from the moment we walked in. They worked with us quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped create a plan that fit our budget instead of pressuring us into unnecessary purchases. It's hard to find businesses that truly care about helping people, especially in a last-minute situation, but they absolutely did. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing fast, reliable, and trustworthy tire service!
