We had a leased 2023 Crown in NJ that we decided to buy this month when the lease was up. My NJ Toyota Dealer wanted $3000 for 3 years of a lesser warranty and they needed to know at the time of purchase even though we had a few months left of our original warranty. We heard about Jerry and his volume warranty sales via forums and AI and I spoke to him. Great guy. Got a WAY better warranty for 10 years/$100k miles for less than 50% of what my dealer was charging me. It's through Toyota Financial services too so it's legit and I already see it on my TFS app. Highly recommended.

I was told to drop my pickup off at 1:00 right after lunch and it would be ready in a couple of hours. I walked back to get it and it was done on time The previous windshield trim seal had leaked from time to time and I mentioned it to the guy when I dropped it off They did a great job and I have been in several heavy downpours since and NO LEAKS! The moral of this review is, use a local family owned company with midwest values instead of a big National chain and they'll do the job right the first time I'm a happy camper Thanks Kansas Glass William Edgar

I was lead to believe (it was actually a U-Joint) a vibration was caused by the steering. They replaced it multiple times, and failed multiple times. Asked for warranty work again. They denied me. Spent $5,500 with them and left with new problems related directly to their work such as loose steering bolts and poorly installed parts. I was gaslit I to doing unnecessary repairs because I was in a pinch and needed it fixed and willing to spend whatever it took. Do not go here!! I used them since 2008 and used to recommend them to everyone. Their service and practices have changed lately. My experience with them has dramatically changed after the last 5 visits.
