I'm very pleased to say Don the owner treated me spectacularly! He was pleasant and honest. He even told me I didn't actually need my brake pads done yet which I highly respected him for. So many other repair shops would've jumped at the chance to make a quick buck with no regard for their customers who might not know better. Support this local business!

Central and Auto Repair is a smaller shop that was immediately responsive to my questions and offered to squeeze the car in to diagnose the problem. The woman that coordinated the service was so helpful, and offered to ask one of the guys in the shop to take my Mom home after she dropped the car off in the morning and pick her up when the repairs were complete. Guys from the shop were kind to my mom when they picked her up and dropped her off. True to her word the service coordinator called near the end of the day, arranged payment over the phon, and rushed the parts picked up and installed-so my Mom could have her car back the same day. I can't find service like this anymore. Thank you! While I hope I won't need to get this part repaired again, I look forward to using your shop in the future and recommending it to others.
