I used Be Amazed to clean two bedroom carpets this spring. My carpeting is 4 year old PET (recycled plastic) and Be Amazed assured me that they could properly clean this fairly new type of carpet. I have a dog, so I black-lighted the carpet the night before the cleaning to locate any dog accidents: there were none. By the way, our carpet smelled fine before the cleaning. After the cleaning, the carpet had a foul odor. When Be Amazed came back to my home to investigate at my request, they said it was "doggie foot odor." Well, I have a dog, and my dog has feet, but there was never any odor before. Be Amazed said they could clean the carpet again but would charge me for the second cleaning. What great customer service. So, think twice, or maybe three times, before hiring this company to clean your carpets, especially if you have animals. I hate to think how they would handle dog/cat accidents! read more
