I had an initial quote from another company and the representative was moody and passive/aggressive and I just couldn't give that company my business. Then I looked at the sticker on my old system and it was originally installed by Roth. I gave them a call and Joseph came out the next day and gave me a quote and gave me an awesome deal on a close out 3 stage furnace (it's summer). When the day came for the install a whole team came to tear out the old system, pour a new concrete pad for the AC outside, and they had to make all kinds of changes to the ventilation and condensation lines to bring it up to current code. It's an old house and I'm sure it wasn't an easy job. But every single person who works for Roth from the ladies in the office to the sales team to the team of installers is wonderful. Not only did they do great work and installed a very quiet and efficient Ruud system, they did it with kindness, professionalism, a great attitudes in stifling heat.

I requested repairs to two toilets and described in detail what needed to be done before I ever booked the appointment. I was led to believe this was possible (oh I fixed it myself by the way) and the 'technician' they sent was very condescending in things he said to me and acted as tho I was completely ignorant. Finally, he presented me with an estimate to replace 2 toilets (which according to him wouldn't cost any more than fixing them). Over $1,800.00! Do they think people are really that stupid to pay that kind of pure robbery!? When I told him no, he informed me that toilets weren't that expensive and I could buy my own and get on you tube to see how to replace one. So he admits toilets are not expensive yet wants to charge that price. Apparently he was not nearly as clever as he thought he was to openly contradict himself. Furthermore, the toilets did not need to be replaced, they just needed some interior valve adjustments. Again, trying to gouge elderly people because they think we will not fight back. Well I've got news, we didn't get to this age without learning a few things, and one of them is not to be taken advantage of by pirates. I was just going to let this whole thing go until I saw my invoice today and saw that it stated I had 'refused to let them fix my toilets'! making it sound like I was unreasonable. Treat me bad once and I might let it go, keep poking the bear and you better know I will let everyone know just exactly what lack of service and shoddy treatment I received! This is a terrible business with even worse employees! Go elsewhere!!
