Management simply said it was not there problem and offered nothing. We asked for some discounted extra motion sensors and were told it would increase our cost to monitor because of increased expenses on Alert's part, which is simply not true. Tried to profit off their error's. They have a few good people but management in Wichita is a joke.

I switched to ESS after a very bad experience with another provider in town. I reached my breaking…read morepoint and had Jim come and install a new system. He did an awesome job. That was 5 years ago and I'm still an extremely happy customer, which can be rare in today's environment. Lots of companies will start out good and then go downhill once they think they have you locked in as a customer. That's not the case with ESS. Jim is as receptive when I call him with a question or concern today, as he was when I first made the switch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm company for their home!

Once our adjuster said yes, we called Mr. Electric again. I was told their schedule was really busy, but I reminded them who I was. I was told, let me talk to the boss. And, then we heard-- we rearranged schedules, is 8 am tomorrow morning, okay? Yes Ma'am!!! They sent Jackson, the same young man who had come out to do the estimate for us He worked diligently. He was so nice the whole time he was here Plus he made sure to get any problems that we were not aware of taken care of.
