I called Desert Locksmith a month ago because the painters couldn't get into the duplex I just purchased, and I am an out-of-state investor. Ran responded very quickly and resolved the issue with minimal instructions that I gave through the phone. I appreciate that he did not sales talk me to replace locks in both units, even though he can most likely tell that I'm not really sure which locks are broken.
