Had a Pella door installed, with a missing key cylinder. Called around a number of different locksmiths - after 6pm on a Friday, and Adam replied immediately. While Adam couldn't help me, he gave me the name of someone else and seemed genuinely sorry he couldn't fix my issue. This kind of customer service warrants a 5-star review. Stand up guy, who you could trust to help read more

Timely arrival and problem solved quickly. I do not recall the gentleman's name but he was very knowledgeable. Locksmiths seem to be everywhere but someone who is willing to work with a tricky lock at a reasonable price is invaluable. read more

Great service. So professional. They arrived in a timely manner and performed all tasks needed

My problem was a sticky or stuck door lock. Dual deadbolt patio door. If you jiggled the key it eventually turned. Locks are likely circa 1980's as that is when the house was built. Called for service and I was surprised they could come same day. They removed the lock replaced the pins put it all back together again. Got me back to working. My only regret was not calling sooner. I lived with this thing for months this way. Anyway honest company on time arrival. Would certainly use them again. If you call them I am sure you will have a similar experience to share. read more

We needed someone to repair our front door latch and had no idea who to call. Got on Yelp and found Adams Locksmith with 5 star reviews. Tom was able to come out within a few hours. I can totally understand why he gets 5 stars. Our job turned out to be a lot bigger than he thought it would, but he kept at it and was successful in removing a stuck latch. He was very pleasant even through the frustration. He was very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend Adams Locksmith and I will definitely use him again should I need a locksmith. read more

Well all I can say is I'll be damned !! I've never ever used that expression before !!! Our main door to go out in back yard to let dog out & where our pool is would not open. Of course this happened on Christmas!! Hubbie can save lives but cannot even screw in a bolt ( diff types of brain ... don't ask ). He called our regular locksmith who said he wouldn't work today ( 12/26/22). Even though this really was an emergency. I looked up on Yelp & came across Tom who owns Adams Locksmith. Hubbie called him early this am & they set up a time. He was here for two hours & had everything on his truck he needed to replace the parts & fix it. Needless to say, I am blown away by his professionalism & know how let alone coming to our rescue. His prices are very reasonable. I will NEVER call anyone else & neither should YOU. I ONLY wish I knew about him when we moved here ... truly THE BEST. read more

I can't comment on the work since the gentleman I spoke with told me he thought it was a quick fix and didn't want me to have to pay for an $85 service call if not necessary. He also told me if it did not work, I would need to contact a commercial door company rather than a locksmith. A few squirts of WD-40 fixed the problem. I will definitely use Adams Locksmith for all of my lock problems in the future. A honest, friendly business!!! read more

Called to re-key our place and Tom picked up, arranged a time and showed up right on time. Professional, efficient and personable. Would highly recommend! read more

I thought Tom was affordable and competent. I did get 2 additional quotes too. He installed a fancy keypad lock for the front door and a new handle/deadbolt for the garage door. We're getting a new security door too so he made sure that hardware was keyed the same as the rest of our locks. Very happy with the results. read more

Tom was a very honest person and the impression I had from first call was that he is sincere and will not rip me off. The other locksmiths I called all made me uncomfortable. Tom came out right away, took care of my issue professionally. read more

Just want to say that I cannot recommend this company enough. Came out within two hours. Extremely affordable compared to what the competitors were asking. Just the great kind of service you rarely find anymore. Personable. read more

Adams Service is superb. Tom arrived immediately to solve the problem - locked door to bedroom and bathroom. Quite a relief to us! If you live in North Scottsdale he should be on your call list read more

Changed 3 locks one key, repaired 3 locks..one upside down. Presented me with a lock out card number sequence and has an anvil stamped on the key to differentiate similar looking ones. All three locks had issues. The final test was passed with the old 4 key test drive. Smoooooth. More than happy by a Lot. read more

It's neat when people are genuinely interested in their work. Mr. Adams is such an individual- arrived promptly, volunteering a lot of little tips and facts about locks and the industry today while he worked. In about an hour, he fixed several issues I had been wasting so much time on my own trying to solve. Very fairly priced, too! read more

Called Adams Locksmith today for 4 door locks that never worked right. Tom came over within a hour and could not be more professional. Both front door locks i wanted re-keyed because we bought our home a year ago and didn't know who had keys. Our side gate deadbolt lock was very rusted and couldn't get key out and more of problem than anticipated . The garage door lock never did work right, but it dose now, thanks to Tom. My wife said my days of being our Scottsdale home locksmith are over. We both are putting Tom with Adams Locksmith on Speed dial on or cell phones. The price was more than reasonable and our home is safe and sound at last. thanks again Tom New Friend RP read more

Found the absolute best locksmith last night when I was locked out of my home. Tom gave great customer service! He arrived when he said he would, and could not have been nicer or more professional. The job turned out to be more complex than initially anticipated, but he persevered and got me into my home. He took time to help explain to me what had happened, and told me exactly what I needed to do next to replace my broken lock. I was quoted a price up front, but because it was a more complicated job than initially thought, it was a bit more expensive, but I had expected that; and the increase was very minor. Tom's prices are very fair, and I would absolutely hire them again next time I'm in need. I highly recommend this company! Thank you, Tom! read more

Adams was great. I called and Tom told me where I could get the parts (he is not full service and will tell you such). I called him back and he showed up on time, made the repair, was very nice and professional - a rare attribute these days. His prices are reasonable. Great price, great service, great outcome - can't ask for more read more

I would give these guys 6 stars if that was an option. I learned the hard way that locking yourself out of a stand alone garage is right at the top of the "don't do this" list. Tom took my call very early in the morning, showed up in 20 minutes, made an almost impossible project look easy -- and the price was very reasonable. Great work and great service. read more
