I hired the company to come out and let me into a residence. Although I feel the prices for service is ridiculously high it mostly fell in line with the other place I called. The agent just seemed better at communicating. He was nice, and showed up quickly. Explained everything well. However, he left a mess! He had to drill the lock to open it and left the drill shavings and lock pieces on the floor and doorway. For a service I paid almost $200 (including tip) for, I'd expect a professional job and a cleaned work site. All the tools you have in that truck and you don't carry a dust pan and hand broom?! I found this extremely unprofessional and rude. Basic clean up of your job should not be my problem, should come with the overpriced service. Do better. read more

One of the other guys even tried to imply that the pricing offered was because United Lock was not licensed. Not true; I confirmed before using them. Called to have a broken house lock replaced, and Nathan arrived in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly and articulate. The lock cylinder was replaced and keyed to match another door lock. Work was done within 10-15 minutes, and a printed receipt provided. Cost was $75, but think they have Angie's list coupon as noted by another reviewer.
