After Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware told me they could not cut my ebike key blank because they only cut keys purchased from them, I needed a locksmith. Hence Yelp. Johnny replied promptly. At his shop he immediately identified the 2 key blanks from Lectric ebikes were WRONG blanks for my original key and pointed out why. He would look for a substitute in his own inventory. After about 30 minutes he presented me with 2 different freshly cut copies. I did not have my bike with me to test whether they worked. Without charge he said go home, test them and call with results. One of the 2 new blank cuts WORKED! I called to give him the good news and a credit card. In spite of my insistence to pay him, he DECLINED to charge me?! Huh??? This man was so friendly and so knowledgeable. I put him in my contacts and will always use this man for any future locksmithing needs. read more

Excellent service and my new go-to locksmith. We had a broken door handle in our house. I called, described the problem, and they quoted me a price. They arrived shortly thereafter and changed it - in and out. It looks terrific. Guy (the person who responded) is great and a true professional. Thanks for making this easy. read more

Got the job done for a good price. Hard to get a hold of when I arrived but walked out with what I needed.

They take every long to get service to you. Had to hire someone else. They said they had a technician but it took way too long. 4 hours later I found someone quicker and cheaper. read more

I needed a car key made ASAP and Guy was great! Friendly with good communication! Highly recommend. read more

I spoke with the owner prior to appt. in an attempt to make sure I wouldn't be taken advantage of, as has been my experience recently with another locksmith. Two locks changed, simply the locks on front door and supply room. Old lock drilled, new lock installed $376.00. Really??? That is ridiculous. No new hardware, just the lock. These people unfairly take advantage. Not nice or good business!!! read more

I have used their services twice and each time they have exceeded my expectations. Fast, same day service, professional, reasonable pricing, friendly and accommodating staff. Great job guys. Thank you again! read more

We had locked ourselves out of our home one day and Johnny Locksmith helped us in a pinch! Super timely and was able to get our door unlocked at our house in a very short time. It was a Sunday afternoon and they had a tech in the area and it was taken care of right away. Thanks again! read more

For Context I called the company at 9:47, Guy the technician was at my house by 10AM. He was very professional and very nice. He opened my front door after I locked myself out. And gave me a small discount as well ! 10/10 would recommend! read more

Fastest response & repair we've ever had from a locksmith! Thanks for a great customer experience!

I am completely bewildered by all of these positive reviews. This was one of the biggest scams I have ever experienced. I was told that there would be a $45 service charge for someone to come out. Well, they came out all right----an hour or so late--- and tried to charge me $450 for picking a very basic lock which took less than 10 minutes. Then they came back again because "his boss" didn't want to accept a credit card and insisted that I use their application (which I reluctantly did just to get rid of them). In response to the response I just received, this occurred late afternoon this past Saturday, Dec. 9. read more

Great service and he was able to provide service the same day. I recommend him. Thank you, Johnny!

He was there very fast. And changed the lock cylinders and was gone. Very good service. And very nice man. Will use him again.

I can't say enough about how amazing this company is! We called 3 others before finding Johnny Locksmith. They never even responded. We called Johnny Locksmith and they came out the next day. Guy was so skilled and knowledgeable. He replaced and rekeyed 10 locks for us. Thank you Guy! read more

I found myself locked out and after searching on Yelp called Johnny Locksmith. They were very kind and assured me someone would be on their way shortly. Demanded to charger a showing fee of $50 and once asked what is the possible range of cost, he wouldn't answer the question; beating around the bush! As this service wasn't for me and a friend was locked out her house, I was trying to be helpful to prepare her for the expense of the locksmith! Which he failed to help someone in a bad position read more

Guy helped me out, and was super helpful! Good value and I appreciate the service he was able to provide!

If I could give negative 5 I would. They had me waiting for over 3 hours and STILL NO ONE SHOWED UP. Don't waste your time if you need someone quick. read more

Quick, efficient, knowledgeable! Fixed a gate and gave us keys we never had. Then made me extra motorcycle keys in a short amount of time. Mid range priced; high quality! read more

The lock of my front door was hopelessly stuck and after browsing the reviews on yelp I decided to go with these guys. The serviceman arrived within half an hour of my call and with special tools was able to get the door open, replace the broken part and reconfigure the locking mechanism so that I did not need a new set of keys. Pricing was good considering the speed and efficiency of the service and the courteousness of the serviceman, who followed the precautionary covid-19 safety protocols. read more

Called them for a patio door handle that was not functioning correctly and was told that they would order a new spring or mechanism for it. Never provided me with any further details or follow-up of any kind after having asked Johnny and Gabriel that I expected someone to call me back with details. Never got a single call back or anything from them other than more frustration and a wasted service call. read more

Don't bother "scheduling" via their online system. It's useless. Nobody called to confirm, nobody ever showed up. Moved on to a company that actually leverages the technology they are paying someone for. read more

They eventually responded to my request, set up an appointment, but never showed up. I had asked for key change and tumbler change as the services but none of that matters if they don't bother to show up when they said they would. I called and left voicemails, texted them, and also reached out to them here on Yelp. They never bothered to respond. Do NOT recommend. They can't be trusted. Edit: Got a phone call from them almost the same moment I posted the review here. They told me they weren't able to make it because of the rain but they were "on the way now" (hours late). I explained to them that I'd gotten in touch with a different lock smith company and they were doing the work right then, having come out right away. ...then I got a SECOND call from them. This one told me they'd accidentally booked me for the wrong day and they'd been asleep when I was reaching out to find out what had gone wrong. So... two entirely different stories about what happened. ...you've been warned. read more

5 Star service!!! However, I was under the assumption that we would be helped by Johnny Locksmith himself. Well I came to learn that there is no Johnny Locksmith, never was. read more

Johnny was responsive and came to unlock my condo after locking my keys inside. He was also able to install my smart lock while he was there for an additional fee! I did feel that it was a bit pricey for the time but I think that is fairly standard for locksmiths. I would use again. read more

Accidentally keys in a minivan we were borrowing with groceries in the car on a 107 degree day. Called and no answer but got a call back in 5 seconds. They checked who was available and we had a guy over in 30 min who unlocked it within 2 minutes. Very satisfied with friendliness and service. Not a cheap service but price seemed fair given response time, service, friendliness and it being sunday Father's Day. read more

So there I was...locked out of my house in my pajamas. I gave Johnny Locksmith a call to see how long it would take to get someone out to me. Luckily, they had a guy only 10 minutes away! He showed up and had my door unlocked within one minute. Very fast, very reliable. So if you ever find yourself hanging out on your front porch in an embarrassing outfit because your key is inside... call these guys. So I got the keys to my new place today & actually was missing a few keys. It had been on the market for a couple of months, so who knows what happened to them? At any rate, I had already bought a new lock & handset for the front door. I also needed a lock replaced on a storage door, & a patio door with a missing key rekeyed. I found these guys on Yelp, & they were able to come out the same day. The guys did a great job. They had to take off the crappy lock that was on the front door, & do a whole new installation which involved drilling holes in the door, etc. They did fast work. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend & would use them again myself. read more
