Leo was super responsive from the jump. He and his staff were very friendly and helpful. He got my safe open in a matter of seconds!! Without having to drill into it. The best part... he charged wayyyyyy below any of the other quotes I received!! Will definitely come back to him if I were to ever need a locksmith (hopefully not anytime soon). read more

Amazing service. I was able to get a duplicate key for my 2017 Toyota Corolla and brought my own key. The owner was so professional and helpful throughout the whole process in making sure my key worked even though it was an aftermarket. He charged me only 100 which is 1/5 of the dealer price.I will be coming here again for any duplicate keys or locks. Thank you so much! read more

I accidentally locked my keys in my shed which apparently had a commercial grade handle/lock on it. I called Scottsdale Locksmithing and they got someone over within two hours. The man who came was so pleasant and nice! He got the door open in the blink of an eye (literally, I looked away for one second and it was open!). He tightened the door handle and showed me how to use the different settings on the door, like turning off the auto lock, so hopefully this doesn't happen again! I really appreciate him putting in the effort and being so nice considering it's not a fun position for me to be in. To be transparent they charged $200 (service call fee and break in for the type of lock I had). It sucks but it was my mistake so I'm happy they fixed it so quickly and efficiently! read more

Outstanding Service and Expertise! We recently worked with Scottsdale Locksmith and had an excellent experience. He helped us fix three doors -- I purchased handle sets for two of them, and he installed them flawlessly. What really stood out was that he also helped us with a third door that our kids had damaged earlier this year. He removed the lock so that it couldn't be locked anymore, which gave us peace of mind. He was extremely responsive, reasonably priced, and clearly very experienced in his craft. He took the time to explain the condition of our existing locks and why it made sense to replace them, which we really appreciated. His work was high-quality, and his professionalism was evident from start to finish. I'll absolutely be using him again for any future lock or door needs -- highly recommend! read more

I was taking care of my parents and all of a sudden, my key stopped working. Quite freaked out, I called Scottsdale Locksmithing at 7pm. Lior answered right away and went BACK to the shop so he could help me. I had made multiple copies of my key at 2 other places and none of them worked. Lior immediately figured out the problem by noticing a tiny discrepancy in the cut and had me back on my way in minutes. Totally worth any price, but they were amazing about that too. Thank you so much! You are a LIFESAVER and your expertise is truly appreciated. read more

If you are looking for a locksmith this is the guy to call in Scottsdale . I contacted him and he replied right away and gave me his phone. When I called and explained what I needed he asked me to meet him at a location where he was working. He is a mobile locksmith. We met and he was able to produce a duplicate key for my keyless lock in a few minutes. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I would strongly recommend him! read more

I called around for several quotes and everyone was charging me hundreds of dollars for old car keys that don't have an immobilizer installed. While I knew this I wasn't sure. Lior was instrumental in helping me confirm this and the quote he gave me was appropriate. It was a nominal $25 you see because the old cars don't have chips in the keys. While others were charging a minimum of $144. I ended up finding my other keys so I no longer need backups but I still felt the urge to leave a review as it's been a while I'm come across genuine honest. Thank you Lior read more

I had a new style door lock on my bathroom door. Somehow the door was locked when it shut. Usually I use a bobby pin to unlock it door but this lock didnt want to unlock. I called Scottsdale Locksmithing. Within 40 minutes of when the call was placed the guy was here. I wish they told me the price upfront because it was $120, just to pop open the door. I know they probably couldnt say because they had to see what was entailed. The guy was very nice and wore black Jean's and a tee shirt. He didnt have a mask on which I didnt like. He got the door open in less than 3 minutes. Overall, the guy knew what he was doing. They were a little expensive and he didnt have a mask but I would hire them again. read more

TOP SHELF SERVICE - Called and got an appointment pronto! Joe came out exactly when he said he would to repair a wonky door lock that others had failed to repair. It was immediately clear that he is technically savvy as he deconstructed the problem in short order. I kept thinking he was going to say that I needed to buy a new handle. But he fixed it and we are thrilled. The price was actually a bargain for all he did!!!! Going forward we will only call Scottsdale Locksmithing Shop and hope to get Joe again. read more

Can't recommend them more! Super responsive, excellent price, fast and communicated well. Takes Venmo, Zelle etc. Lior was awesome and his friend Avi was there and we had a great chat while I had my short wait. I lost my car key with the fob so I only had my valet key. I bought the replacement key fob on Amazon and Lior was able to cut the key and program the fob to work like the original. Excellent experience, 100% I will use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. read more

A feW options came up, and thE first two options were a bust, couldn't find anyone till tomorrow or Saturday! He sent over his pal CJ who was quick, and friendly to save the day and get me back into my too fast too furious car. Thank you again for saving my night and not have to be without a car for 2 days! On a Wednesday afternoon at 3:15 I realized the lock on my pool gate was broken...couldn't get into the pool area. By 3:30, after doing some quick searches for locksmiths, I got in contact with Leo at Scottsdale Locksmithing. He asked me to send him a picture of the lock via text. Within half an hour he called me back and said he could come the next morning and take a look, but suggested I might want to go to Home Depot and purchase a new one just in case the old one (very old) couldn't be fixed. If he could fix the existing lock, I could return the one I purchased. He even sent me prices of a comparable lock from Amazon and Home Depot! I ordered online immediately from Home Depot, and picked up the lock that evening. Thursday morning, on time, Leo arrived. The old lock could not be fixed; in fact had not been made by the company for 10+ years. He immediately installed the lock I'd purchased the evening before! He was so pleasant and informative throughout this process, I could not have asked for anything more. And his price to install the new lock was very reasonable! Scottsdale Locksmithing will be my go-to in the future for such things. Thanks, Leo! read more

Mobile service, very good pricing. Technician Adam successfully opened my lock without breaking it. Highly recommend.

I called Scottsdale locksmiththing this morning at around 9:10 AM because my staff were unable to open the safe. Therefore, they were unable to open any doors in our office. All of our keys and money is kept in a safe. Joe arrived by 9:40 AM and was able to open or safe with our emergency key and make additional copies of all our keys. I can't believe how fast and quick they were able to solve our issue prior to our patients and arriving in our office. read more

Called to request for a remote key to be made and programmed. Seemed unprofessional from the start but I proceeded. I explained my issue and the guy gave me a quote but then when he arrived he told me that I had told him something different and the price went up. Which I suppose it's fine but it was annoying the way he said I had told him I bought a key for him to program- because I definitely didn't tell him that. Lol At 3:30 he told me it would take ten min or so. At 5:00, both of us dripping sweat and me fighting tears he told me he was missing some sort of chip or somethingfor my specific key model and asked if he could run and grab it and come back or meet back up tomorrow. It was either a serious off day for him or I even wondered if he was just covering for someone since they have pretty good Yelp reviews. read more

Gave this place a shot based off the reviews. Had an issue with the tech with how much he was going to charge me. He was late and did not call to let me know he was running behind. Took about an hour of me standing outside my home locked out in the heat. It was unpleasant in AZ HEAT as everyone knows! After speaking with the owner he gave me a discount and made it right. I appreciate the discount and would most likely refer them. But only when speaking to a manager. Tech was not very friendly. :/ hope sometime else has better luck! read more
