Very communicative, showed up when he said he would and was very nice and did a great job!!!

Oren is so professional and kind. The circuit in my alarm fob fell out somewhere so I could not tune on my alarm or remote unlock/lock my car. The dealership quoted me over $600 to get a new one and program it. I am in the process of buying a new car so I did not want to spend $600 when I am trading in my car. I contacted Keys Solution, within hours of me contacting Oren, I had a new alarm fob that was programmed. He has really good pricing. I would def recommend him! Thank you so much for your help. read more

Tech Oren, stayed in contact before his arrival, he was punctual and cordial. Our van key got lost. After searching the whole house, we decided that it would be best to have someone come and unlock the van and hope that the key was inside. I took to Yelp this morning to check out providers for vehicle lock out services. After reviewing the options, I decided on Keys Solution. I called Oren at 1023am and by 1110am, he had already: come to our house, unlocked our van, waited 10 minutes for us to look for the key in the van, created a new and tested all the features to be sure the new key worked just like the original. He gave us a flat rate to unlock the car. Once we determined we needed a new key, he also gave us pricing more than $100 less than the dealership had quoted. We were definitely happy with the service and if the need arises in the future, we would use Keys Solution again. read more

I needed a new key cut and programmed and an already cut key programmed. When we arrived we found out that the key I had cut prior had a bad chip in it. Not only did he replace the bad chip in my key, he didn't charge extra for it. AMAZING! We need more businesses like this. Ones where they try to help the customer and not gouge them. I recommend Keys Solution for any of your key cutting or programming needs. Fast, fair, able to overcome issues on the spot, and just amazing customer service. read more

My wife has been telling me for years to get a new FOB key as our was getting old. This morning the key decided to detach from the FOB and fall under the driver seat frame perfectly in which there would be no way to get the key. The price was extremely reasonable as well. Thank you so much for a great experience. I will try my hardest to not lock myself out of anything again, but if I do I know who to call! read more

Worst locksmith I've come across would not recommend one star if I could give zero Stars I would he's a thief. a very good customer service attitude at all and then on top of it tells me he leaves his kid at home to come do this job. Who leaves their kid at home by themselves and then complains to their customer that he's got to go give me my money. I would not recommend this gentleman at all.He quoted me $150 to come out and make me a door key and ignition key that was programmed told me that the key that he made for my door I have to pull out a few centimeters before it actually will engage and then doesn't even make me a key for the ignition because the trunk lock and the door lock somehow are the same but are broken with some pins like the same and then wants me to still pay him after he takes my door key he made because I only wanted to pay half of it because he never made me an ignition key or a correct door key I paid him $75 and then he grabs my key he made for me and tells me pay me the rest and takes off. If I could give a negative star I would and says that you do repairs key repairs lock repairs and you didn't even want to do your job I would not be calling myself a locksmith if I don't do what I advertise and then give the customer a hard time not understanding disrespectful condescending rude aggressive and just outright disrespectful makes me so mad read more
