So I just bought a house and the idiot that sold it to me completely forgot to tell me that the fancy wrought iron front entry gate, one of the primary selling features of the house, had a deadbolt lock stuck on it that had no known key in this universe AND the mounting screws had all been cut off so it couldn't be removed by simply unscrewing it. Yep, it was 100% worthless. So I reached out to J&J Locksmith and they sent their tech right over to get me sorted out. He arrived exactly on time and was friendly and professional and It took him less than 10 minutes to pick the old deadbolt off and install the new deadbolt that I'd purchased on the gate. His skills were really tremendous. Fantastic job, the best. I know it, you know it, we all know it. Thank you, very cool. PS: I should mention that I was very proud of myself, Ms. Homeowner, handing him that nice new deadbolt lock that I'd bought to be installed...and that's when he and I both noticed with a laugh that I'd purchased a single cylinder deadbolt with a thumb latch on the back of it...for a wrought iron gate.
