John was very professional and so kind to bring me the keys after he installed the new lock on our mailbox. Great service! I highly recommend Locksmith of Gilbert. read more

John is everything you want in a locksmith. He confirmed our appointment, was on time and quickly assessed our requirements. He had previously discussed the hardware and suggested that I purchase a specific manufacturer for my deadbolt installation which was the best product for my door. Didn't try to sell me his products. The installation was flawless cutting a new hole in a solid wood door and adding extra steel reinforcement to compensate for a problem with the door jam. He vacuumed the area and was the best price of the 3 locksmiths I called. I am always suspicious of so many 5star reviews but for Locksmith of Gilbert they are well deserved. All I can say is call John! read more

No call. No Show. Was supposed to re-key my locks @ 10 AM. Can't get a hold of him to see if there is another time to reschedule. I get that things come up and people run late but you have to let your customer know. I have been waiting for an hour. read more

What a great service. We had a lockout for a lost key to a car. Called and spoke about our situation and in less than an hour he had the problem solved!!! Great company. Great service. Great dude. read more

Picture it: it's Saturday afternoon and my car was locked. The key-fob wouldn't work, nor would the physical skeleton key. To make matters worse, my car was nose-in the garage and very likely dealing with a dead car battery. I was going to call a friend but figured calling a pro was a much better idea. Frantically I hit up Yelp. I see high-reviews so I call. The owner John answers and I explain my debacle. He said he could send someone right over and it would not be an upcharge on a Saturday. **Sigh of relief!** Harrison shows up promptly. I was embarrassed about the whole situation but he was so nice and extremely determined to get me and my car back in action to enjoy the rest of my weekend. Beyond being a professional Locksmith, Harrison went above and beyond to jump my car battery which in itself was a huge ordeal because we had to first get access into the car, use Google & YouTube to figure out how to access the battery (its in a very strange place, who woulda known?! Lol) and push the car down the driveway in neutral so his truck could get close enough. It was really warm outside too but he did it all with a smile on his face. Plug their number into your phone right now! If ever you are locked out or in a similar predicament, look no further, they are who you must call! I cannot thank John and Harrison enough. Weekend was not ruined at all, in fact I learned a lot. read more

John saved the day Easter Sunday!! I was watching two pets for a friend over the weekend, using the garage key pad to access the house through the garage door. On Sunday the garage door leading into the house was locked! I panicked because this was my only way into the house, I did not have a house key. I called Locksmith of Gilbert and spoke to John, he agreed to come out within the hour. When he arrived he was able to solve our issue in 10 minutes, he was very nice and quick!! Also, the price was very reasonable, it was a win win. If you're ever in need of a locksmith call Locksmith of Gilbert you won't regret it. read more

Great experience, prompt and professional. I needed a re-programmed key fob for my Tacoma. Lost a van key. Called the KIA dealer and they wanted over $600 and my van had to be towed to their garage. I had NO key to copy and they wanted to make an appointment for next week since they didn't have the fob in inventory. AAA Auto Doctor suggested Locksmith of Gilbert and John is amazing. He came to me, made the keys with a emergency key in less than 2 hours. With a military discount, the amount was a little more than HALF of what the dealer quoted. As far as I am concerned, John Cruz walks on water. If you need key help, this is the person to call! read more

Hired a cleaning company to professionally clean my house and they locked a bedroom door I didn't have the key to. I called our property management company and since it was a Saturday, no one was available. I found this company thinking it was going to be like $400+ since it was urgent and a Saturday. The man who answered was super friendly made me feel calm since I was in a panic and expressed he could send someone out asap! The young man was super friendly and pretty quick and such a reasonable price I was so thankful. Thanks for saving the day!!! I have an interior lock that is a beast to deal with, and one of my kids accidentally shut the door with the handle in lock position. The tech did his level best with the usual tools, but rather than resorting to drilling out the lock, the business owner came down with a specialty tool and saved the day, and me quite a lot of money! I have a lot of work lined up for them as I remodel, and everyone I know is getting a referral to them, it's tough to find skilled *and* principled service professionals! AAA+ highly recommended and Veteran Owned! read more

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company. Harry went above and beyond to help me install a keyless entry for my front door, changed the locks for other external doors, and helped replace my garage keypad panel. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use them again! read more

Bought Honda Crv in 2019 and only received one key. I bought a blank key online but needed to have it cut and programmed. With modern keys this isn't very cheap. I received fantastic service. You can go to them or they will come to your location. Cut and programmed key quickly. Communicated through texting. Response was fast. I asked if i could get key made on the next day, and he was fine with that. After i requested i realized the next day was Mother's Day, so super cool to take time out, not only on a Sunday, but Mother's Day as well. Key has been working flawlessly and its great to not have to worry about something happening when you just have one key. Price was great, particularly when dealers want to charge upwards of $500!!!! Definitely recommend. read more

Locksmith Of Gilbert - Land Cruiser key fob - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Worst service I've ever had. I call to have a key replacement for my vehicle they got here at 11 AM and worked on it until 4:30 PM the guy comes and knocks on my door and says he cannot figure it out and he is going to have to give up because Theres "something wrong with my car". I called another locksmith under 'Arizona Car Keys and remotes' and he come over right after and got the job done in 15 minutes. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed that over 4hours of my day was cut out of my life because of them. Also A man named John that answered my phone call from there had a terrible attitude and bad communication skills. I highly do not recommend this business. read more
