Our neighbor had been watching our house while we were on vacation. Unfortunately, after leaving him 2 thirty packs of beer, he chose to steal a bottle of Crown Royal from our cabinet. He then proceeded to hold our front door key hostage and demanded $100. We returned home and contacted CJ and we were more than happy with his service. He was nearby and arrived within 5 minutes. The price was extremely fair and he finished in less than 10 minutes. We highly recommend CJ and would use him again. Our neighbor can keep the key read more

Cant recommend this business enough! Legit 5 stars. I locked my car keys inside my house before leaving to work so I was stuck outside my house and needing to be at work. Didn't know where to start other than yelp and start calling ppl at 8:15am. Honestly thought I was going to be sitting and waiting for hours. Nope! 25min after I made the call he was at my house picking the lock, allowing me to go on with my day, which happened to be an extremely busy day at work so he came in clutch. 5 stars PLUS read more

Greetings Everyone, CJ's Lock And Security is "Awesome" Hubby & I were having issues with our Double "Glass" Doors not locking properly. It made me nervous for "SECURITY" Reasons. I researched companies & I read reviews regarding companies who had theirs available to the public. The companies who responded immediately didn't seem to meet our needs effectively except 1. I held off responding to that particular company b cause CJ's was still reviewing my request. I read his reviews while waiting for his response, & his reviews were outstanding. I said "I want C J's Well, I didn't waste any time, & I made the initial contact via yelp to request a "Quote". Afterwards, we had a brief cell phone conversation, which included his quote/ pic of front door knobs/scheduled a later time during the day to assess, evaluate, & complete the project. CJ is very polite, friendly, observant, calm, & very focused. He is very knowkedgeable, regarding doors, knobs, intricate structures, etc.. He is honest & trust worthy. Upon arrival to our home , during testing of our door knobs, he immediately diagnosed the problem We requested his "Business" Cards so we can recommend his "Lock" Smith Company to our neighbors His Price is in the "Competitive" Range (s) of the Industry Jimmie & Chauntel New & Very Pleased Customers 09-04-2024 @ 8:59 PM read more

CJ was amazing! Wow, the guy gets customer service in a day and age when no one gives a rats about the customer. So my story starts with a panic phone call that we're locked out of the condo and it's a Sunday, UGHHHH. I won't name who locked the screen door but let's say it wasn't me. My options were limited to either heading to the hardware store and buying a drill or calling a locksmith. So I open my YELP app and locate Cory. I dialed and wow he answered ASAP. A live human answered phone I was in shock on a Sunday morning . I explained my issue And he said "No Problem I'll be there in 45 mins"! I was stunned. Told me the price of $85 and I agreed. Really like I was gonna shop around come on. So 45 minutes later CJ texts me saying he's at the gate. Punctual I love it! I greet him and show him the lock. CJ opens he bag of safe cracking tools and in 5 minutes he's opened the screen door, THANK GOD. $85 then exchanges hands, I'm happy and he's happy and his job is done just like he said it would be Iin less than 1 hour from my initial call. I'm 100% satisfied with his service. This man is worthy of a 5 Star review and I recommend you make sure you use his service if your ever in a jam. Thank you so much for assisting us in our time of need, your the best! read more

I locked myself out of my home late at night on a holiday weekend. I will admit I called another locksmith company first and was told I would be contacted by the locksmith on duty in my area. After not hearing back and not feeling confident in that first company, I called CJ and I'm glad I did. CJ asked for a description of what happened and explained what routes may need to be taken to get me in, a quote for the job, and his estimated time of arrival. He was on time with his ETA, unlocked my door pretty quickly, verified I was the home owner and charged me fairly. I will gladly use CJ again if needed and recommend him to anyone in a bind or in need of scheduled service. The deadbolt lock on the front door of our home started to get difficult to operate a few weeks ago. It recently got to the point that my wife couldn't lock, or unlock the door.
