Levi is great, don't hesitate to use Arizona keys. The lock to our sliding patio door broke in the locked position out of nowhere and we could not open it. We called Levi and he was able to open the door (with a lot of elbow grease) and refer us to a sliding door specialist for a comprehensive fix. Thankfully, Levi had advised us on the phone that while he would be able to unlock the door it might require a specialist to fix so this news was expected. While he was here, we discussed a couple of other nonemergent lock issues we have had over time and he quickly fixed those on the same visit. Throughout the process, he showed excellent communication, a quick response time, was reasonably priced and his work is of excellent quality. I regret to say this was my second option- should have been first!! Yes, the 5 stars are accurate & good reason. I've found my preferred & trusted locksmith thanks to Yelp! Big conundrum: prior owners failed to leave key to patio storage. JUST moved in & HOA slaps me w/ a violation for improper storage on patio (over a cooler!)... less than a week to remedy or be charged by the time I received notice. Getting the key from prior owners is a lost cause being in Iowa. To make matters worse- bottom handle was not functional, just deadbolt locked. ...I'm not a seasoned criminal or anything, so lock-picking isn't my forte. Initially I called another- their quote was a bit crazy. And, I'm glad because I landed here. It was a decent 10 minute inquiry call on Friday before I was able to get the next scheduled appointment for today (Monday). Levi was outstanding! Good communication with a courtesy call/text prior to arriving within the 2 hour time frame (approximately 11:45am with a window of 11am-1pm). Very respectful of the property & went to town immediately after inspecting & discussing the scope. He had the lock picked within 10 minutes. Proceeded to discuss a replacement or keying options. I was able to have it replaced but also fitted to match the other current locks, which was preferred. I more than appreciate he took the extra time to make this new key the "master", which I did not have or can't identify with the pile I was handed. Had me test on the spot to ensure workable functionality. Flawless! He was done in less than an hour. Did not leave any trace of work behind & the upmost pleasant in personality. ...even took the time to address my kitty, curiously supervising. With what was done today, I had some additional questions on my security door & how to maneuver the household better with so many different locks/keys to keep track of. He took the time to educate me on options, prices & each advantage/disadvantage. ...so guess what is next?! I'll be re-booking for a new keypad entry install.
