Arthur has helped me out not once, but TWICE now. Once with a replacement fob for my car, and once to gain access into my apartment. When he worked on my fob replacement, my car battery was so low he couldn't program the fob to my car. He left to get jumper cables just to come back and jump it in order to program the fob (we didn't have long enough cables, car parked facing a wall). He didn't even charge extra for it like one typically would because it was later at night so he had to come back the next morning. This next time, he helped me gain access into my home because I lost my key (I know, I should really work on this problem lol). I had my dogs inside and was so worried about them! I texted late Saturday night and Arthur showed up at 9:45pm to help me out and in less than 10 minutes I was back inside. I'm usually very weary of companies but Arthur was super thorough and responsive both times texting back within minutes. And to respond that quickly on a Saturday night was so incredibly helpful. I was worried I'd have to wait hours! If you need a locksmith for replacing keys, fobs, getting back inside this is your guy!!
