We lost our auto FOB and needed to have it replaced. I called Rapid Response Locksmith because of the excellent reviews. Aurthur the owner got back with me quickly and he came out to my house the same day and made me another FOB. The replacement FOB was high quality and worked just like the factory original. Making the duplicate FOB very easy for us because Authur is mobile and he comes to you. Authur is personable, knowledgeable, and is customer satisfaction driven. So if you need a FOB replacement at fraction of what a dealer would charge, give Authur a call. You be glad you did. read more

I cannot recommend this guy enough. I had been locked out of my mailbox for two weeks now, and the postal service said it would be 14-21 more days before they would do it. Within an hour Rapid showed up, redid the lock, and was 75 dollars cheaper than the next highest bid. HIGHLY recommend. read more

Arthur is THE BEST! Our mailbox lock finally gave up on us last Friday. Saturday afternoon we found Rapid Response Locksmith and reached out. Arthur replied right away and we made an appointment for the next (Sunday) morning. But Arthur called late Saturday afternoon and told us he would be available to fix our problem in an hour. On a Saturday! He was prompt. And efficient. And at a VERY reasonable cost. Then yesterday (Monday), we realized we didn't have enough keys (our error, not Arthur's) and he came back to the house and made us the correct number of keys. Amazing customer service! Any time we may need a locksmith for anything else, we will call Rapid Response Locksmith. He has our business for life. read more

The replies were fast and he was flexible on scheduling with me. Kept the price the same even when I did the keys at different times. Only increased it because of the key I wanted. read more

I was told when I bought my minivan 2 months ago that both key fobs worked but I didn't try them out myself. Well, apparently one had a dead battery. Arthur is so nice. He only charged me for a service charge which I was happy to pay. I was ready to pay for the fob to be reprogrammed! He could have done that and I never would have known the truth. So I like dealing with an honest man! read more

Thank you, Arthur for the quick response to my project. I will definitely recommend you to all the Homies.

Super happy with the service. He was responsive, so quick and totally reasonable price. Highly recommend this locksmith!

Arthur answered my call immediately, no answering service. He offered to come out the same evening. It wasn't an emergency and we scheduled for the following day. He arrived right on time, he reflashed my car for a new key and fob, reprogrammed the car, cut two new keys, moved on to doing the same for my truck and even followed me 4 miles to do the same for another car in storage. Meanwhile he made a key for a neighbor, answered his phone for new customers, all while performing the above with efficient precision. And his pricing was extremely affordable. He has everything on his service vehicle, keys, batteries, fobs, cases for a multitude of vehicles. I can't say enough about his service and abilities. 10 Stars!!! read more
