I reached out to KwikPick Lock and Safe based on the 5 star reviews and received the service I expected. They were prompt, fast to rekey three locks and supplied us with plenty of duplicate keys. And all for a fair price. I highly recommend. read more

We're having our house painted and discovered that we don't have a key for the upper security door lock so we couldn't open it to give the painters open access to double doors. I called KwikPick hoping that they could come help us out. In just a few minutes Bill was here and got to work. It was a stubborn lock (probably not used for years) but he didn't give up! Success!! Thank you Bill, I really appreciate you. read more

ONCE UPON A TIME...I had heard nothing but good things about this company. Thus, I recommended them all the time; however, when I scheduled my own service with Bill, the owner of this business, while we had a specific timeline for an appointment between 9 AM and 10 AM, owner didn't make his first attempt to call me till 1120 on a very tight scheduled day. He then stated via txt he would be out of his current job within 30 minutes and could see me in the next hour.! 12:30pm! There was no call and no show during the scheduled 9 to 10 hour window. As a fellow business owner of over 44 years myself, I find this very unprofessional! I had other things to do. Merchant got upset and called me a bunch of names after I aired him out online. When I talked to the merchant later in the day, he did not want to reschedule or wait till the time when cooler heads would prevail. So the hardest thing I have found to open is a 'closed mind.' I wished him nothing but continued success but for my Review is unfortunately a -10. And I'm the customer. Prior to this friends, I had faithfully referred no less than 100 people to him and he never bothered thank me one time for any of them. On my first attempt to have service with him myself, he was. a NO CALL! NO SHOW! read more

KwikPick Lock and Safe - Buyer Beware! - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Sun City, Arizona

I contacted KwikPick Lock and Safe from a referral from a safe manufacturer's website as an authorized agent for a safe I own in a home I just purchased and moved into. All I needed was to have a wall safe keypad number combination reset for a safe brand I had never heard of before . . . the previous homeowner did not leave me the combination number for a wall safe in which the door was open, but without the combination it could not be locked or unlocked. Simple stated . . . just please reset the keypad with a new combination of numbers. First of all you have to keep following-up and following-up with KwikPick Lock and Safe until you finally get a response. They (always a KwikPick Lock and Safe employee named "Bill") commit to a timeline, but you never hear back from them again. So you follow-up again and they commit to a timeline again, but you never hear back again. When you do you finally make a meaningful contact (it is always a person named "Bill") you are told about 1) a service charge just for the trip, 2) then charges for labor for when KwikPick Lock and Safe get onsite and 3) when you agree (don't know why I did in the first place) KwikPick Lock and Safe states at the end KwikPick Lock and Safe cannot guarantee by the end of their service call KwikPick Lock and Safe can reset the lock that they are trained and authorized by the manufacturer to reset. Why would anyone agree to those terms and conditions, especially with condition #3 added in at the end? So, despite KwikPick Lock and Safe being the closest authorized agent to where I live and already having wasted weeks of my time invested in follow-ups, I went back to the manufacturer's website starting all over selecting the next available agent, but located further away. Not only did the new manufacturer's agent I found get back to me immediately (same day telephone call), they sent me some basic troubleshooting instructions to try for myself. Well what do you know?! After less than a minute I had the problem resolved by myself! It cost me $0 and that agent has now earned me as a permanent customer for all my safe, locksmith and other such needs. Don't waste your valuable time following-up and following-up with KwikPick Lock & Safe and certainly do not waste your hard earned money due to KwikPick Lock and Safe's lack of knowledge and especially disregard for serving the customer focusing first and foremost on their transactional profit. Posted below is a degrading, accusatory, negative response from a KwikPick Lock and Safe employee, Bill S. I am so sorry to those of you who have come to Yelp to read a full range of all reviews whether 5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 stars. Wishing you a blessed day and happiness in your lives as you seek to compare and find a quality locksmith and other service providers for your needs. While some people maintain their lives full of anger and bitterness built upon a platform of denial, as consumers we work hard for our money and need to just stay vigilant with our referrals despite their Karen outbursts. Do not be intimidated by fake claims like the one made by Bill S below about my Review as it helps us all stay strong and prevail in life. It is a shame fake accusations made about Yelpers are allowed by Yelp to be posted. I hope you nonetheless find a good, friendly, customer focused locksmith. And never forget, regardless of fake claims made about you such as the one Bill S made about me below, "Life is good", be happy. :) read more

I highly recommend this service. Our beautiful brass door latch became increasingly difficult to open. Bill dismantled it in front of us, showing the worn components and explaining the normal wear from 12+ years of heavy daily use. He said all we needed was replacement of the internal moving part, which he had in his truck. The cost for service and the part was very reasonable, plus he explained how to care for it - what, and what not, to use in this hot desert environment. I really appreciate how he explains things so clearly. read more

Great and friendly service. I took my key lock cylinder for an old National cash register that I recently had restored and couldn't get the register to function properly without the key. Took it to their store front and had it back with a day of dropping it off. Had theee keys made and register is completely functional read more

Thank God for this man and his desire to be a service to others. We had a friend and her baby over for a swim and when loading up her car with all their stuff somehow the car got locked with the baby and dog inside. The air conditioner was ON thank God. We tried 7 other locksmiths before one answered on a Saturday evening. The owner personally left his own pool party in 111 degree heat and came to our rescue. 15 minutes later car was open and no damage to the car was done. Best of all he didn't charge us a thing because it of the circumstances. So many tears of joy!!! So grateful for this man and his company for showing up like he did. read more

Very receptive and reliable! He always calls me back right away. I would highly recommend.

Locksmith Bill was so great! Just like a neighborly friend coming to help out in any way he can. My teen had locked her keys in the car and our fobs were not working either. He came within 30 minutes, opened the car and make two keys and fobs on the spot! I put off getting new fobs because they were expensive at the dealership. He was way more affordable and friendly. I'm happy to give my money and business to him rather than overpriced dealership. We chatted and I discovered he even has a cool TikTok account! I've already recommended him to my cousin and intend on making a social media post for my local following. If you need a locksmith with integrity---Bill of your guy! Thanks Bill!! It was entirely my pleasure to work with you and share my experience with ya! read more

So easy to work with! Came immediately and didn't break the bank (had to fix a community mailbox lock and replace the key ‍) Very grateful!!

Today I got an early Christmas present. I have been looking for a locksmith that actually was not primarily mobile. Most of them do not have an office. I found Bill at KwikPick. Very helpful. He took care of my problem in less than 5 minutes. Normally, he can cut round keys too. I have been looking for someone to do this for years. I will recommend KwikPick for all lock services. Bill was fantastic. Came out promptly and did a awesome job. Definitely would hire and work with him again.

Our rental home front security screen was stuck in the locked position. We tried to repair ourselves to no avail. Bill was able to work around our schedules and be out the same day I called. Bill was super knowledgeable and corrected the screen lock in minutes. He saved us money, time and security. We have several properties we manage in the area. Any locksmith issues and I won't hesitate to call KwikPick. Spread the word. read more

Bill called ahead 30 minutes in advance as discussed and was even able to make it an hour early. He greeted me professionally by handing me a card and introducing himself from KwikPick Lock and Safe. He asked what needed to be done (three locks rekeyed). Thirty minutes later, he handed me the requested keys and had me check the doors with them. I was very pleased with his effiency and professional demeanor. Would definitely call him again if his service is needed. read more

Lost my only set of car keys yesterday and contacted KwikPick for a replacement. Bill responded pretty quickly and he was able to stop by today. I ended up finding my keys, but wanted to get a duplicate set (which I've been slacking on). It probably took at most 30 minutes for him to create a second key with remote. Tested it and worked as expected, so very happy with everything. Even got a spare mechanical key (which will only unlock doors and not start the car), helpful for if I accidentally lock myself out of my car again. Bill was very friendly, quick to respond, and I'd definitely recommend him and KwikPick to anyone needing that second set of car keys! read more

Something happened to the wood in our door which resulted in the lock sticking, so it was almost impossible to open or close the lock and the door. I called quick pic lock and safe today and spoke with Bill. He was very pleasant on the phone and made an appointment to come to take care of the problem. He showed up when he said he would, he fixed the lock quickly and easily, and was very pleasant about the whole experience. His pricing was reasonable and I was very pleased with the service. We had an urgent lock issue with a safe. Called and talked to Bill. He asked me to send him some pictures of the item. I accidentally sent the photos to a wrong number. Bill followed up by letting me know he never received the photos. He was here in a couple of hours and completed the task quickly and efficiently. I thank him so much for helping us. Compared to other companies, his fee was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Bill. read more

Bill was great! What a relief that I found him on a Saturday evening! He answered the call right away, gave me a 30 minute ETA, and was able to unlock our office door in no time (door got shut with keys in the office). Bill made the process quick and easy! To avoid this situation in the future he was able to make two spare keys. The other thing I really appreciated is that he took the proper steps to make sure I was who I said I was and was authorized to get into the locked office. His prices are very reasonable even for the after-hours service. I will certainly use his services in the future if I need to. Thank you Bill, you are awesome. read more

I called KwikPick Lock and Safe on Monday. In regards to a security combination lock on my security screen door. Bill Stringfellow explained to me, with the type of security screen door that I have, it would not work and someone could easily rip it off and remove it. Earlier this day I called Home Depot and Lowes and asked the same questions in which both companies explained that yes it could be done and come by and pick out a lock. Clearly from them it was about the almighty $$. Whereas Bill Stringfellow was more concerned customer service and responsibility. So thank you Bill Stringfellow for a job well done. You saved me a couple hundred dollars and time spent. read more

We found Bill from his many excellent reviews online, and must say that we were equally impressed with him. He responded to our initial call rapidly, and arrived to our home the following day on time. He was friendly as well as careful and respectful of the current health pandemic. He wore his mask and kept social distance while inside our home. His work was excellent and done very efficiently. We had all of our doors re-keyed and four copies for our use made by Bill over the span of a lunch break. I confidently recommend Bill to anyone in need of a locksmith. Thanks, Bill! read more
