AMAZING company and service! Super fast, great priced, very friendly and fast communication! My mailbox key did not work and I panicked. I called six places and no one could come out fast enough for me (same day or next day) and the fees were horrendously overpriced with some asking for a service fee of $39.00. I then reached out to Rusk Lock and Key , at 7:30am, and within 5 minutes I got a response and a scheduled time to come out. Simply astounding! I then had to call a few hours later when I realized the time I selected, I had a doctors appointment. They were very nice and said they will schedule the time for early in the day and no issues. Josh provided impressively prompt and professional service to change locks and provide new keys for my parents' home after a key went missing: next day service as requested, accommodating with scheduling, kept in touch re when he would arrive within the time window we had set, and volunteered to cheaply screw shut an extra door to the garage I hadn't even noticed. The very reasonable estimate he gave over the phone was accurate and he even turned one of the doorknobs around that had stupidly been previously installed in a way it could have been unscrewed from the outside! The BEST locksmith we have ever used. 100% family run small business. Their communication is great, their service is amazing and their prices are super reasonable. Besides how quick they did the work I needed they are genuinely nice and caring people. We needed our businesses locks rekeyed, two of them, and not only did they do the work quickly, but their service charge just was a lot less than I expected. This is one of the most reliable family owned companies. I had them re key all the locks on my home with 2 Key way. So my kids have access just to the front door and the garage door. Where I have all access to all the doors in the home. Even my master bedroom/closet. Where the kids have no access to those areas. Josh was fast and effective on getting this done.
