Would give 0 stars if I could. Scheduled to come out on Friday December 13th at 10am. This appointment was booked on December 2nd. Received confusing text message on Thursday 12/5 about moving my tomorrow (12/5) appointment later. I then informed them that my appointment was on Friday 12/13, NOT Friday 12/5. Texted today,12/10 about moving my 10am appointment on Friday to a little later in the day, and was told they have no information on me and to give them a call. I sent a screenshot of our previous conversation and was then told that they could do that for me and to send my name and address. Once I did, I was informed that they don't come out that far and that my appointment doesn't work. What a joke and a waste of time. Please see attached screenshots of our conversation. read more

I called Cactus Lock and Key because I needed to have my boyfriend's safe open. Sidenote: BF passed away and no one in the family knew the password to the safe. The company was able to open the safe! They took their time and was able to open it at a reasonable price! I appreciate their service and time during that difficult time. Oh btw, I sent a picture of the safe the day before to see if they were able to open it. They came the day after to work on it. It took about 1 1/2 hours to crack the code. Got a smart lock installed by cactus. I felt the price for install was A-ok but with gas prices being higher now I believe it works out to be fair. I definitely did not want to install myself and mess up my manicure or risk doing it incorrectly. The fun part was locking my door from my phone. read more

I was super pleased with the expertise, advice and responsiveness to my broken lock cylinder. Bought a very expensive double lock security door from First Impressions back around 6 years ago. Mike was terrific, personable, good guy he has the shop with him (van) and did a great job replacing all my locks.

I'll never use these guys again. Wrote and explained what I needed and was told it would amount to $75. Guy came out, got the door opened, replaced a latch and then told me the total bill was $145! I was charged $30 for the latch, not even the complete replacement cost of the assembly, and $40 for the entire 20 minutes he was here, INCLUDING the $75! Not to mention I was never informed, nor did I sign off on, any extra charges. I was told afterwards. I should not have paid. A rip off and I'd advise you look elsewhere. read more

Mike was able to show up the same day I requested service. I had a main door stuck with a broken latch mechanism. As a single mom , I don't take defeat very well and was pretty frustrated after hours of trying to fix this myself, Without success. Mike was great.
