Good experience. I needed several locks re-keyed on a property. They showed up on time, were courteous, and did the work quickly. The price was exactly as they quoted through Yelp. Would use again. read more

Website talks about nothing but it's 24 hour service. I live in Phoenix (not even a suburb), the city they supposedly service. Guy who answered the phone wouldn't even bother with trying to get my business. I told him my cross street and he said "I wouldn't have anybody that could help you." If you lock yourself out of your house, call someone else. read more

Also, Fixed and rekeyed other locks and was able to make additional requested keys on site. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you. read more

I had a really terrible experience with this company. Dude came in very friendly and nice at first. My landlord was overlooking the property so I stepped out to the store for about 10 minutes. Came back home to find my toilet seat up. When I called the guy to address it to him he just laughed at me and made some joke. My landlord then contacted him, the guy called to apologize and when I stated my feelings he proceeded to yell at me. This was one of the most abnormal experiences I've ever had with a so-called professional worker. read more
