Guy who answered the phone wouldn't even bother with trying to get my business. I told him my cross street and he said "I wouldn't have anybody that could help you." I had a really terrible experience with this company. Dude came in very friendly and nice at first. My landlord was overlooking the property so I stepped out to the store for about 10 minutes. Came back home to find my toilet seat up. When I called the guy to address it to him he just laughed at me and made some joke. My landlord then contacted him, the guy called to apologize and when I stated my feelings he proceeded to yell at me. Mike is the best! We couldn't open our large gun safe and were really worried about whether or not it would need to be drilled open. I reached out to a number of locksmiths and received several quotes in the range of $1,450 to $1,500 to fix it. Fortunately, I accidentally found Cactus Lock & Key! I spoke to Mike on the phone and he told me that he may be able to fix it without drilling, but would need to see it. He came by the next morning and took a look at it. Five minutes later it was open. As it would turn out, even though the batteries had some juice in them, they didn't have enough juice for such a large safe mechanism. He put in new batteries and wallah! Problem solved! He only charged us for his trip time! Since he was here, we asked if he could change the mechanism on another gun safe, and he did that too! We are so incredibly thankful for not only his 40+ years of experience but his integrity and honesty (and not ripping us off)! read more
