While he was there, he noticed our only key was very worn out and offered to replace it and make us a spare. He came back that same afternoon, made both keys right outside our garage, and had everything finished quickly...and again at a great price. We joked that it must have been fate that we locked our keys in the car because otherwise we probably never would have gotten around to finally replacing that broken key! My VW Passat had an issue where the steering wheel locked and the ignition would not turn. I couldn't turn the vehicle on rendering it disabled. Eric responded to my request within 15 minutes on a Saturday. During our phone call I could tell, after to talking to other vendors, he had seen the issue before and knew how to fix it. A faulty steering lock was the culprit. We scheduled a service time for the next day. He let me know when he was on the way. The service took a little over an hour and the issue was completely fixed. They charge around $85 more to program a key than the Ford Dealership! Ford charges $100 just to program a remote that you already have without cutting the key part.
