I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area because they are honest, reliable and truly understand the value of customer care. I live out of town with my grandmother living here. It is always a bit of an uneasy feeling, but the experience Gabriel provided her with is truly indescribable and deserves to be recognized, appreciated and respected. He was very patient and went over everything with her, answered all her questions and was truly VERY kind and helpful. The service Gabriel provided was true quality, something money can't buy. The value provided at the rate of cost is truly incredible and you won't find it anywhere else. Her new door system that was installed was like a whole new garage, quiet and smooth when it opens and closes. The system even allows you to register your remote on your phone which is super convenient and a huge upgrade! Wonderful experience! Thank you Gabriel read more

Fast and friendly service. Honest work and no up-selling. I have used Evan's on 3 occasions to replace broken springs, tune-up and adjust spring tension to quiet a loud rattling sound when door opens, and install a new Genie Opener after the original 20+ year old opener gave out. I will be calling Franklin again this week to install some new rollers, for a 4th service call. I will continue to used them again in the future, when needed. read more

Highly recommend Franklin, professional and skilled. Used him twice to fix my garage door issues and he's always done a great job.

5 stars for HONESTY, TIMELINESS, FAIR PRICES, PROFESSIONSLISM, and especially the definitive PROBLEM RESOLUTION!! Franklin got me in right away, which was so important because my garage door was stuck half way open and that left a ton of valuable tools exposed to theft. He fixed the problem within an hour at 1/3 of the price that A-1 garage door charged me for the exact same issue 4 months ago. Additionally, A-1 took 36 hours to get to my house to make the repair. This is a reminder as to why supporting small businesses is truly the best for ALL parties involved, INCLUDING THE CUSTOMERS! Thanks to Franklin @ Evan's Garage Door Services, my garage door actually runs better now than it did before it broke!!! -Amy Barry (New lifetime customer) read more

One of our springs broke on Saturday and we were just going to wait until Monday because the company we've gone with in the past, doesn't answer the phones on the weekend. Our neighbor gave us Frank's cell phone number and we text him on Sunday, (first Football Sunday) and he responded within 5 minutes. Within 30 minutes, we had an appointment booked for 5:30am on Monday morning before we had to leave for work. Gabriel was On time, professional, worked fast and did a great job! Paid half of what I would have from the other company! HIGH RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Frank and Gabriel. Sending Sun City THANKS! read more

Couldn't have asked for, or expected any better then Evans & Associates! Had a tensioner spring snap in half early Monday morning. Contacted Evans & Associates around 10:00am, and the repair was completed before noon! They were able to no only get me serviced the same day, but within 1 hour of the call. Best yet, the repair cost little more then the cost of the replacement springs (which, incidentally, I was not able to get a hold of for at least 2-3 days to do the repair myself) Steve was the repairman, and he was courteous, professional, and respectful. I will happily refer my friends and neighbors to Evans & Associates for their future garage door repairs needs. read more

Affordable replacement if two different garage door motors now. Highly recommend this company for good work at a great price.

Gabriel was extremely professional and fast!! He also for me right in! Would defiantly recommend

What a great experience! My garage door finally stopped working and my home warranty company connected me with Franklin. Franklin called soon after they had sent them my work order. He came that same day and assessed that a new garage door opener was necessary. Since I live out of town he was able to work his schedule to allow him to come the next day to install. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. He walked me through some of the features not on my old opener. The warranty company did not cover the entire cost of the job and Franklin's quote was more than fair. I highly recommend to anyone needing garage door repairs. read more

Our garage door spring failed on one side. Franklin replaced it on a Sunday and was more reasonable than Angie's list. We even upgraded to lifetime springs and it was still more reasonable. They're a good value, quick and efficient. read more

They came out to our home as a recommendation from our Home Warranty Company. The home warranty didn't cover the issue we had and the owner said he could take care of it but it would be an additional $60.00 - we were good with that. However, when the owner saw that fixing it was not as big of an issue as he assumed, he didn't charge us the additional $60.00. Such a nice guy and so honest - he definitely could have charged us the addtional fee. I will be keeping his card and will be referring him. I am a Realtor and will add Evans Garage Door LLC to my list of people. read more

Great! Responsive and good pricing too. No bogus upsells either. Would definitely use again.

Just a note of recommendation to Franklin and his crew at Evans Garage Door. My double door spring "sprung" on Sunday afternoon; I could not get the door open to get my vehicle out. I called and left a message on Monday morning, hoping to beat the rush of weekend calls. Franklin called back quickly and scheduled a visit within a short time. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to explain his recommendations. The repair was quick and reasonable and I was able to move on with my day. Most of their business is word-of-mouth so I'm spreading the word; if you need assistance (repairs, maintenance, etc), at least call these guys first. read more

I stumbled upon these guys since I have a home warranty on one of my homes. They responded quickly. Franklin is awesome and communicates everything! I told him I will keep his card in for my other properties. Well...he was just there this am. I called yesterday and Franklin called back with an hr. He was going to head out there asap! But my tenant needed this am. GREAT great services and reasonable price. I am thinking of even doing a yearly check to keep things working properly. I LOVE it when small business are so great! I found this company on a Sunday on Yelp and used the "message" feature to ask a question. They called me back monday morning and gave me a quote for replacing my garage door springs that was almost half of what other companies were charging. Leo came out that evening and replaced my springs pretty quickly. Even though my side mounted motor was a pain to work on and he didnt have much room maneuver he managed to slip on the springs and get the door back to normal. Very Polite and respectful. I would definetly reccomed to friends and family! Thanks Leo and Franklin! read more

They were so nice and helpful coming to fix my garage door on a Saturday after normal hours.

I requested a home warranty repair late at night and Evans was selected by the home warranty company. They open at 8 am on Thursday and I was going to call them; however, promptly at 8 they called me and scheduled the technician, Gabriel, to arrive between 08:30 and 11:30. Gabriel was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Within an hour he had replaced two springs and a noisy gear on my opener. Made some recommendations for the future and he was on his way. Evans Garage Door provided exceptional service. Thank you Gabriel and the team members behind the scene. read more

I had an opener that has been acting up for quite a few months, and it got to the point of too irritating to deal with anymore. So I checked with some of my colleagues as to which company they'd recommend. A colleague whose opinion I trust recommended Franklin Evans. I called and made an appointment. He came out when he said he would, took the time to remove my old opener and install a new one. I picked the belt- operated model versus the chain since there is a longer warranty, longer use period, and quieter. I LOVE my new opener. It is definitely quieter. He explained how it all works, cleaned up his mess and left. Would I recommend Franklin to my clients? ABSOLUTELY!! His website is: http://greengarageaz.com/ and it appears he works valley wide. read more

Our garage door would not open all the way and so we called our home warranty company and they sent out these guys. This is by far the BEST company we've worked with related to our home. We received a scheduling call within 30 minutes and they were able to provide SAME DAY service due to some time constraints we had the next day. Ended up getting our springs replaced and they even replaced a wall panel opener for us which was above and beyond as the springs were really our problem. Quick, reliable, friendly and they know what they are doing. Don't waste your time with other companies, these guys are the ones you want to call first. read more
