Great service. Had new springs and opener installed. Dre was friendly, knowledgeable and did a superb job. I've used Door Pros for years and have always been happy with their quality of workmanship and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend them! read more

"What's that weird noise and why isn't my garage door opening?!" You may know that sinking feeling. "Crap! Now what?" Garage Door company #1: came quickly and quickly tried to upsell me to a new $3600 garage door. Garage Door company #2 was pleasant and definitely wanted my business. Quote was more expensive than company #1 but tried to sell me on the value of the lifetime warranty their new motor would provide. Garage Door company #3: "let's fix your garage door opener!" "You don't need a new motor, just a new belt," and "your door is high quality. Let's try to save it," and "let's try to save you some money." Which company would you choose? Yup - Company #3. I agree. And that was Door Pros. No Upselling. Dre was professional and treated me like an extended member of the family (maybe the kooky aunt? I'll take that). Jamie scheduled me for the next day and Dre was back, smiling, friendly, and efficient: he had me back up and running in about an hour - for a fraction of the costs quoted by the other guys. I highly recommend Door Pros. Give them a call! They cover a wide portion of the Valley and can probably help you the way they helped me. read more

Are you looking for a garage door repair? Door Pros are your people. We need the side seals replaced or so we thought. We called Door Pros since we have used them before and Jamie friendly and professional set an appointment for us. Dre the technician, a very pleasant and friendly young man told us that we did not need the seals replaced yet, just by making a few adjustments will fix the issue. Being a retired couple on fixed income we were impressed by the honesty this young man showed us. He could have very easily replaced the seals and charged us for it. Family-oriented business Door Pros is friendly, professional, affordable, and above all honest. Thank you, Door Pros, and thank you, Dre. read more

I have had Door Pros out before to fix some issues with our garage door and they did a great job at a fair price. I called this time for just an overall maintenance call. Dre called ahead and told me he would be at my house right in the time frame they scheduled, he was polite and courteous and was in and out in about a half hour. I highly recommend this company. There are not many out there anymore that do what they say when they say it for the price . read more

Dear Garage Door Pros, I recently used your service to repair my garage door, and while the overall experience was positive, I encountered an issue that I feel needs to be addressed. The technician who visited was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job efficiently. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. However, I was misled about the call out fee policy. When I received the quote on-site, I decided to proceed with the repair immediately. Despite this, I was charged a call out fee at the end of the job. The call out fee should be included if the job was accepted, but this was not honoured. It seems that the call fee should only apply if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, which was not my case. While I paid the fee at the time, I found this aspect of your promotion to be very misleading. I suggest clarifying your policy to prevent future misunderstandings and ensure customer satisfaction. Also after messaging you on messenger to raised my concern, twice you said someone will call me, however until today, no one bothered to call. read more

I can't recommend Door Pros, and their team enough! Our garage door cable came off track, and Will was able to get everything squared away for us first thing in the morning. Jaime was fantastic with communicating when they would arrive, and promptly sent over our receipt. Can't beat the price or the service! THANK YOU! read more

I have to say this company is awesome ! To be honest I did call my go to company, Heritage Garage Door but they dropped the ball by not showing up when I confirmed an appointment with them and when I tried calling them no answer! Door Pros completely opposite. When I first called and explained my issue she set up an appointment the same day. Their technician came early in the afternoon and was very honest and professional. Price was very reasonable. You cannot go wrong with these guys. Sorry Heritage you just lost a customer. Door Pros you just gained a loyal customer and will refer out to you guys whenever someone needs a garage door repair or new installs. Great job guys. read more

Professional. New right away what was wrong. Fixed it in no time. I highly recommend DoorPros. The owner himself, William came out to do the repair. Great family run business. This is our 3rd time using DoorPros. Nick provided service to our two garage doors today and has been the tech to come to our house in the past. He was efficient and finished quickly, explained what he did and didn't need to do. It was great that he was able to get here an hour and a half earlier than scheduled due to a schedule change. Don't exactly know how I found Door Pros a few years back, but we'll continue to use them. read more

I called for appointment, she said would call back after lunch to make an appointment, she never did, have no idea why she couldn't make appointment at the time, lunch more important I guess, you don't get a second chance to make a good first impression read more

Our golf cart hit the bottom of our garage door damaging the lower panel. I called four installers. Two did not call me back. Door Pros distinguished itself by coming out the same day and quoted the replacement panel two days later. The installation of the new panel was done right on time and they hauled away the old panel and the cardboard. An hour later the door was repainted. I heartily recommend DoorPros for all your garage door needs. read more

I managed to break one of the springs on my garage door, and, after making several calls to local businesses, I found Door Pros. Their price was far lower for the exact same repair job, and their technician Dre was super friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. The cost was exactly what I was quoted and the job was done quickly and Dre even called to ask if he could come by early to facilitate the work. I couldn't be happier with this company. read more

I had a barn constructed through SOUTHWEST BUILDING SOLUTIONS (5* rated). I opted to do the door openers independently, because generally there's an up charge for the business to contact and schedule another company etc.. well SBS came out to do their final inspection and I told them about price quotes for the doors. A1 garage wanted 4600, Elite Doors and gates wanted over 5000 and Lodi doors ( through Costco) wanted 3600 ( I mistakenly gave them the wrong door size of 10X14 which they are actually 14X14, so I'm sure it would have cost more), SBS could not believe the quotes and put me in touch with Jaimie here at Door Pros. My quote from them was 1650.00 FOR BOTH DOORS... TOTAL, OUT THE DOOR ... I was ( and still am ) so grateful that there are honest businesses. They were quick, clean, and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this family owned/ operated business. They did the exact same work, same warranty, same guarantee as all three listed above for a HUGE savings of 2000-3500 LESS. Now I'm not sure if it's because I had a barn built from SBS, or if this is what they actually charge, but for me, I was so appreciative to SBS for putting me in contact with Door Pros and VERY APPRECIATIVE at Door Pros professional installation, service and pricing read more

Love that Door Pros is locally owned and operated. I am always up to support a local business when I need a service. On top of that, Door Pros was able to replace my 14 year old garage door quickly and efficiently. The only complaint that I had was that the installer left some debris from the install in my driveway. I contacted the owners to let them know, they were very apologetic, and even offered to have the technician come back out and make it right. Otherwise, completely satisfied with the service. read more

Jay came out to install a new garage door opener for me. He was talented and extremely courteous. Couldn't ask for someone better and the price was very fair. At the office, Jaime helped me schedule and answered all my question. I give this business an A+ and I'm super picky about work quality. Love Door Pros!!!! read more

I had my old and cracking garage door replaced yesterday. It took about 4 hours and the guy was courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. Overall, he did a good install, but It looked like the door wasn't level when he finished. I asked him about it and he said that my floor appears to have settled and the door frame is not square. There was about and 1 inch gap between the floor and weather seal on the bottom of the door on one side. Next morning, with my level, I checked the floor and door frame and found it to be level and completely square, but the door was still misaligned. With my tape measure, I began looking for what was uneven. I found the door track misaligned, and I corrected it, but the door was still high on the east side. I continued to look and discovered that the wire (counterweight) on the west side was loose when the door was all the way up and the wire cable on the east was very tight. Both wire spools are connected to the same shaft, but their tension was VERY uneven. Having some experience with tools, I easily corrected the difference in tension. With the tension now being even on both sides, the door completely closes and appears even and level with the floor and door frame. Additionally: I discovered several of the self starting metal fasteners to have been overly tightened and partially stripped out. At some point they'll need to be replaced with a bolt and nut, because the stripped screws will loosen over time. read more

Great experience. Professional, friendly, competent , affordable. service. Fixed my door where another company did not. Highly recommend.

I first spoke with Jamie on the phone. She was very professional and responsive and got me connected with a technician within 15 minutes. Nicholas showed up at the house and was very nice, efficient and respectful. He explained to me that the hinges had been so rusty that nothing could be done to save them. He replaced them in less then 10 minutes, he then serviced the garage door and tested it a few times to ensure he wasn't leaving us with any issues. From the start of the process with Jamie and finishing with Nicholas what a great company to work with! Thank you Door Pros!! Anyone with door issues... call Door Pros!! read more

So Nick just left. I called late this morning after I got a quote from a different company. My door got jammed and something broke with the Dalton system that I had. They wanted to install a new door and spring system. I am so glad I called Door Pros. I was quoted 1/5 of the cost of my original quote. Nick fixed the door like new and replaced the spring system. He also lubricated the other garage door on his own. I am super happy that I used this company and will refer everyone to them. Thanks guys! read more

Jamie set me up with a quote for my repairs. Andre came over immediately knew what it was and gave a me quote. My wife informed me quoted price was not changed garage door spring now works perfectly fine and was also given helpful tips to keep it running in between services. Awesome company. I even walked them down to my sister in laws house in which they gave her free quotes for her as well read more

My garage door spring broke after 14 years and thousands of openings and closings. I checked Yelp which I have used successfully in the past. I selected Door Pro based their reviews. Jamie gave me a quote which I accepted. Dre arrived within the hour. He replaced the spring, and checked to make sure it worked properly.
