I wanted to replace my current key with one that flips. They were quick to communicate and it was very easy to setup an appointment. They showed up and we're done in minutes. Price is very fair especially for the speed and response. Will highly recommend read more

We needed a new key/fob for our new to us car. A friend recommended The Key Master so we gave them a call. We were passing through the Mesa area & were able to meet up in a local area parking lot. Talk about amazing service we had our new key/fob programmed & ready to go within 30 minutes total. The value was great especially after inquiring at the dealership which was 4 times the amount we paid Key Master. If you're in need of a new key give them a call you won't be disappointed! read more

Great communication, quality, and value. They were running behind that day and did arrive later than the scheduled time, but overall the service was great. Our new car key is working perfectly. read more

5 stars The Key Master I can't say enough good things about The Key Master! I was having issues with my truck's key fob--not getting any signal and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I reached out to them through text, and not only did they respond quickly, but they also walked me through some troubleshooting steps that actually got it working again. No upselling, no pressure--just super helpful advice. It's rare to find a business that's this knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping, even when it's not turning into an immediate sale. If you need a key fob cut or programmed, or just some honest help, these are the people to go to. Highly recommend! read more

Contacted several locksmiths to make a duplicate for my Range Rover. The Key Master was by far 1. The most responsive 2. best communication - send photo of possible keys asked all the relevant questions before generating aquote. 3. Best Service - sent a tech out to perform the job at a location of my choosing 4. Best price - their initial price was lower than all of the others - most quoted over double of the price with no warranty and tried to charge extra for the tech travel. The Key master price was the lowest and included both a 6 month warranty and the travel. Will be my first call in the Phoenix area. Kudos to both Daniel (for the clear communication on line) and to Ben - who came out and completed the job explaining each component and even teaching me a few thing I did not know about my vehicle. GREAT SERVICE!!! read more

It's honestly a Zero star but, I am not that person. This review is just for their dispatchers shit attitude. I don't know if they are are any good or fairly priced. I am in town for 3 days and on a tight schedule to get my car maintenance, oil change, tires changed, keys programmed. I used the YELP feature to obtain an appointment on Friday around 6:19, they texted back at 6:23 they quoted me and asked me what I thought? . I replied at 6:35 with my address and gate code and said anytime is fine with me. AT 6:38 they replied "Perfect the technician will be there. I will TEXT you when he is on his way. Have a good day" They agreed to be here Saturday. they texted me a the quote , they texted me appointment confirmation. I texted at 9 a.m. Saturday on a request for status at 9:01 and the texted back at 9:42 " Hello James the technician can be there between 3:00 and 4:00 pm works for you ? " At 9:43 "Yes, I will make sure we are here. they replied at At 9:44 "Perfect " aT 3:21 I texted "ETA" no response. I am nervous I picked the wrong vendor so I texted at 4:00 status and at 4:04 they respond "Hello James the technician He kept calling to tell her he was coming and there was never any answer." They simply were never going to tell us they were not coming. We never ever discussed at anytime that we need to be looking for a phone call from some tech otherwise he would not show up. We are packing to move and the phone is on the counter and we kept checking for a text if he was running late. We were outside packing the car he would be programming. Here is the reason for the review. Remember at 6:38 they instructed me they would text when the tech was on the way, we never discussed service was based on any other conditions and they are so busy with other customers which frankly isn't my problem "We are sorry James, we have a tight schedule, that is why the technician calls and if there is no answer he does not go to the place, there are people who do not answer and then they make them go and they were not there or do not want the service. That is why your system works like this. I would like to reschedule for tomorrow?" Maybe I am old school or I just don't like to be lied to. if I make a Doctor's appointment or a dinner reservation, or order food for pick up and I don't call ahead and if they don't answer, not show up. We never discussed or agreed to sit an wait for a call from someone or it was no service. I looked on Yelp and ran up to Sundial Lock in Tempe about 4:45 and he programmed 3 keys with a tablet in my car and was out the door at 5;05 for a bit more half the price of this place. If you are in need of a locksmith and your phone battery is low or it's an emergency, I would look elsewhere. read more

Came out on time. Originally there was a misunderstanding with the dispatcher about what we needed done. They wanted to charge an extra $35 but I explained that was their fault, and not mine and that they should honor what they quoted due to their misunderstanding. He was understanding and made it right. I appreciate them making it right and will use again for a second key. read more

We needed the keys to our new home to be reset on a Sunday afternoon. Isaiah from The Key Master called me right back, and gave me a very competitive quote. He then came right on time and within an hour the job was done efficiently and correctly. Pleasant customer service too, which is not too common lately here in the Phoenix area. Two thumbs up for The Key Master! read more

My car door suddenly stopped latching closed when I arrived at work one morning. The team at The Key Master was the first company available and so kind and professional. He had to order a part and went to a different location to install the following day. It was great to get this fixed while I was working. Thank you so much! read more

I have been shopping for a key / FOB for my Mercedes. I had every possible sales routine thrown at me. I was told many stories by some key companies that they were the BEST, all else inferior, many referral agencies, some that could not speak well, automated systems, throwing other companies under the BUS. Then I meet "THE KEY MASTER" , Daniel , a super guy. Very knowledgeable , prompt , prepared and a experience FANTASTIC. Highly recommended. read more

I needed a replacement set of keys and key fob for my GMC Canyon. This was the first locksmith that came up on yelp so I called. Daniel picked up and told me he could be at my house that day, so 20 minutes later he showed up. He was awesome! So nice and helpful. He took my set of keys/fob and started doing his work. I swear it was not even 20 minutes later I had a programed key and fob to my truck. I tried them out to open my truck and start it. They both worked perfectly with no issues. I will definitely be using him for now long for any future locksmith needs. He's great and is reasonably priced. Way cheaper and quicker than going to a dealer! Thank you again!! read more
