Starting with receiving a reply within minutes of me placing a request for a quote. continued with quick replies on my several questions, to receiving quick service, and ending with being greeted with friendly professional service. Jack help me confirm which FOB I was needing, nice since mine wasn't a normal one used with the year of my Jeep. Last week my husband lost his only car key- we tore the house apart and resigned ourself to ordering new ones. I created a job in Yelp and Jack replied quickly. He came out that evening and told us that he couldn't make us new keys that would start the Kia and made one that would open the door. He ordered new OEM kids from the manufacturer, we waited days without a car, we paid for express shipping and he "got busy", had us wait all day when they arrived and didn't come out to til next day. Finally he came out to program them. He didn't succeed at this and actually activated the immobilizer when he was programming the keys, making the car unable to start and suggested that the battery was dead from sitting, waiting on him so long. We then replaced the battery . We had to have it towed to the dealership at our expense to spend another 175 dollars there to fix what Kia said had been immobilized in the reprogramming. We really should have just gone through Kia to begin with.This car is my husband's income as he Ubers to supplement his disability and we are in a tough spot.
