Tried to get a key fob for my SUV. Had to visit the Gilbert and Mesa stores three times to try and get the right fob and programming--for some reason the programming software is different between stores. Got conflicting information from different employees. In the end it could not be done so they refunded my money. The staff was courteous and tried to be helpful but ended up with no solution over 3 weeks. read more

I contacted this company about buying smart locks for my doors. They instructed me to go to their website and request an estimate, which was kind of a hassle, I did it. Nobody ever contacted me. Why do they say they sell smart locks if they don't follow through on leads? read more

Hope this is right store McQueen and Elliot. I needed truck keys duplicated. Shopped all over and found Eric at acme lock. What a great guy. He made two keys for me. I called this morning, phone was answered right away by Eric, he was able to schedule a same day appointment for this morning, I was delighted! And Murphy's Law, after I hung up, I found the key I needed, so no longer needed the appointment. I called back and cancelled the appointment so was not able to use their services, however I was overwhelmingly impressed with the friendliness, courteousness, and willingness to take care of my issue. I'll absolutely keep ACME in mind if I ever need services in the future! read more

Super friendly and honest. The price that was quoted on the phone was what I was charged upon arrival. The technician was able to take of my needs in less than 30 minutes and got me out of my jam. ACME Locksmith Gilbert serves a good portion of the Chandler/Gilbert area and is very reliable. I'll definitely use them again if needed. read more

Feels like I have been scammed for a couple thousand bucks. Technician first submitted a quote (which I paid for by the way) that was only for front door, despite having spent an hour onsite, and going over painstakingly every detail we wanted on all of the doors. So he got 1 out of 8 right? The quote was 'lost' for weeks because they had wrong email? Finally come on site and after half a day he wraps only to find when we open doors we can't re-lock them, and when we call for support to report the issue we are told it will have to get fixed tomorrow. Just sleep in your unlocked home. If that's all cool with you? Then go for it. read more

Had a keypad safe I didn't have the combo to. Googled locksmiths in Scottsdale found ACME. Called them on a Monday, they scheduled me real quickly for the next day. Gave me a time frame of the appointment. Locksmith sent me a text with his love location so I could anticipate when he would arrive. Arrived on time Big Mike helped me out, had a good sense of dry humor. Nice guy. Finished the job in a thrice. Definitely recommend this company. Folks who answered the main line were very kind and respectful. Legitimate company. read more

I have used this company for years. I am very pleased with Big Mike as my technician and Violet for scheduling! I highly recommend them .

Called to schedule an appointment to have seven locks looked at as my keys worked intermittently. As ACME had a cancellation, Irv came right out. Found all the locks needed some TLC and my keys (copied from an original) were not cut well. A short time later, Irv finished the adjusting/lubricating and provided me with three new keys. All good now!! Great service. read more

Big Mike was excellent. Very careful in installing and explaining the details. Very professional and courteous showing he had great knowledge of product. Would request him again and recommend to family and friends. 5 stars. read more

I called in to get a duplicate key and the man I talked to walked me through the process and the pricing, since they didn't have my key fob in their store he searched on the website and found a couple that looked identical but he helped me pick the cheapest one that would do everything I needed it to do, walking through the buttons and features I would need, and made sure to let me know I would get a discount on the programming since I ordered it through their website. The programming and cutting was quick and the key works perfectly now. The woman employee who did the programming and cutting stayed socially distant and was very considerate and helpful. Programming keys is a bit pricey but I definitely felt like I got a good value with this service. read more
