What a pleasant surprise Don turned out to be. My son's door wouldn't open to his bedroom and we tried everything we could, it should be locked and the handle would turn but the door wouldn't budge. I first opened up Craigslist and the mobile locksmith wanted $289 and said they could be out within an hour. I said I wanted to call around, I then called another service number and they said they would call around and then call me back. I noticed Don's mobile service had 5 stars so I called him. Don said he could be out in about 15 minutes and he would charge $75. I asked how much for the labor and he said, no $75 total. He was at my house in 10 minutes and was able to get the door open pretty quickly and then replaced the cylinder in the door. The new one works perfect. I tipped him for the great service. My dog really liked Don and he told us that he has a lot of dogs because he takes them in all the time. He has to open the locks on foreclosed homes and a lot of them have poor starving dogs left behind, he ends up taking them in. What a great guy. read more
