Andrew and Ryan are stand up guys. They charged me $65 for a lockout today that some other company tried charging $195 for. The other company came down to $130 and then offered to match the $65 but by then Ryan was already on the way. The guy threatened to call the police if I didn't pay a $55 cancellation fee, which was hilarious. I told him to go ahead and call them. Andrew told me this was just one of the many scammers in the business. I'm gonna check out the radio show soon. P.S. my keys were in the trash barrel in front of Target with my Starbucks cup from earlier! This was not one of my better days... but at least I learned something. read more

Well I just bought this Miata recently and I thought the doors were a different key, that I didn't have so I couldn't lock the doors. Well I went to get a couple of extra keys made because I only had the one key, but it only worked in the ignition and barely worked in the trunk, so i got a copy made. Went home and tried the new key in the doors it didn't work, so I pulled out my door lock cylinder because I know Miata's quite well. Brought the cylinder back an hour later and they made me two more keys based off of my door lock cylinder and gave me the necessary information so I could have more keys made in the future if need be. Now I have two good keys that work in both of the doors and the ignition and the trunk. I'm super happy with the work performed and the extra effort that was extended for beyond what I've seen from any locksmith in the past. Thanks again definitely an honest business here, will come back! read more

Andrew made the process of setting up an appointment for removing a lock to my townhome and reinstalling, rekeying locks a breeze. He is very professional, has experience in understanding the complexities with how deeds / transfer of titles / and proof of ownership work, when opening up homes. This was a big help. I tried another local locksmith that didn't have that legal background, and I wasted a lot of time with him. But Andrew at Andrews Lock and Key is sharp- he knows his stuff about the legal side of the locksmithing biz, and that made the whole thing much easier. His price seemed reasonable too. read more

Andrew is a great guy, he is honest. Would definitely recommend him to anybody that needs a key. He was eager to help me with our issue that was not really related to him. He stepped right up and help me and not have to. I return to have him help me with keys for a different vehicle. His service and attitude are great makes me want to refer him to everybody I know. He even does those weird car keys that have the goofy Chips in them, His prices are fair his service is great. read more

Ran into a YouTube video of this guy. Super honest. We need more people like this in the world. Charges a flat rate, doesn't upsell and make add on charges to scam you like other locksmiths. Doesn't hold your keys hostage until you pay a ridiculous amount that wasn't quoted over the phone. They are fair and trustworthy. This is an honest company that will treat you like you should be treated... like a human being. Watch the video, link below. Make your own judgment. https://youtu.be/HFZFcyM4Qvg read more

Andrew was fantastic. Very professional and accommodating. Super quick response time. I definitely recommend this company!

Need to unlock something?? CALL THIS MAN RIGHT HERE!!!! I have used this man's services numerous times because of my brainlessness and he is always 100% reliable! His experience with locking mechanisms is made obvious immediately!! He is QUICK, PROFESSIONAL, and most importantly, INEXPENSIVE! Very, very excellent customer service! The last time I needed his help, to open my car in a grocery store parking lot, he literally arrived 15 min after my call, parked right behind my vehicle, jumped out with his tool, opened my door in 10 sec, received my payment, shook my hand, and he flew away into the sky! All joking aside! I highly recommend his services! He won't disappoint! read more

I lost my keys in the salt river having a good time with friends last weekend which must happen often because there were 3 locksmiths patrolling the parking lot. I flagged down the first 2 which were both incredibly rude and expensive so I tried my luck with Andy. He was polite and very energetic and for the perfect price he had me back on the road with a new key in about 10 minutes. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fast, cheap, and polite lock job. read more

Wow This is a great company. I locked my key's in my car - and I had no idea how to get them out and I was running late. I saw a fb post about Andrew's Lock and Key and thought I will give them a try. Not only did Andrew himself show up ha ha ha. he gave me a discount because I was on FB - so that was really cool. My experience was: when I pulled up to a club to perform with my band one night, I got out and immediately locked my instruments inside my truck. Running late and in a panic I saw "Andrews lock and Key" van sitting there. I ran over and told him what happened and as soon as I did he just looked at me like... no problem. And he meant it! Instantly I was perfectly at ease. He asked me what kind of vehicle I had, walked over to it, and was in my vehicle in less than 5 seconds. Didnt make me feel like an idiot, was a very nice guy and oh by the way, made my sax sound really good that night because he also happened to be running sound for the band I was playing in. Put Andrews number in your phone folks!! read more

A honest guy and we NEED to support the honest, hard working small business's with integrity. Great job and thanks!

I have used Andrews Lock and Key services twice now within the last year. The first time I discovered I'd locked my keys in the house after coming home from camping. All I wanted to do was go inside and enjoy the AC but noooooo the door was locked! Needless to say, it was hot out and I had a very hungry and unhappy 1.5 year old. Ryan got to the house within 15 minutes of my call and took maybe 5 minutes to have the door open for us. The second time was about a week ago when I was out running errands and locked my keys in the truck while at QT. It was one of those days where I look back and most everything is a blur. It took Ryan less that 10 minutes to get there and have the door open for me! He was friendly, as always and helped lighten my mood. I definitely recommend Andrew's Lock and Key services to anyone looking for fast and friendly service. Thank you!! read more

I called Andrew in the morning and he had another job but he said he could be at my place in the afternoon. He quoted me a price on my ignition that would not start with my key, and I was happy with price as I had checked several others. I agree fed on his price and he called before he got her to tell me approximately when he would arrive. And he arrived on time. He was fast, efficient, and surely knew what he was doing. He was done in less than 20 minutes and car starts beautifully. The price he quoted is what I paid!!! I am having him redo the door keys for my sons newly bought house and price already quoted!!! No surprises and fast efficient service with Andrew!!! I will always use him and recommend him to anybody needing service. Thank you Andrew!!! read more

I purchased a new car and needed to have the key fob cut and programmed to the car. I called Andrew after business hours and he helped without a hesitation. He is a great guy and does awesome work. We got locked out of our house on a Sunday morning, called Andrew's and they were here in 20 minutes and back in the house 5 minutes later. Felt the rate was more than fair for an off hours call and for how quick he was. Thanks Andrew! Whenever I need a locksmith he'll be the one I call! read more
