Andrew made the process of setting up an appointment for removing a lock to my townhome and reinstalling, rekeying locks a breeze. He is very professional, has experience in understanding the complexities with how deeds / transfer of titles / and proof of ownership work, when opening up homes. This was a big help. I tried another local locksmith that didn't have that legal background, and I wasted a lot of time with him. Andrew and Ryan are stand up guys. They charged me $65 for a lockout today that some other company tried charging $195 for. The other company came down to $130 and then offered to match the $65 but by then Ryan was already on the way. The guy threatened to call the police if I didn't pay a $55 cancellation fee, which was hilarious. I told him to go ahead and call them. Andrew told me this was just one of the many scammers in the business. I'm gonna check out the radio show soon. Well I just bought this Miata recently and I thought the doors were a different key, that I didn't have so I couldn't lock the doors. Well I went to get a couple of extra keys made because I only had the one key, but it only worked in the ignition and barely worked in the trunk, so i got a copy made. Went home and tried the new key in the doors it didn't work, so I pulled out my door lock cylinder because I know Miata's quite well. Brought the cylinder back an hour later and they made me two more keys based off of my door lock cylinder and gave me the necessary information so I could have more keys made in the future if need be. Now I have two good keys that work in both of the doors and the ignition and the trunk. I'm super happy with the work performed and the extra effort that was extended for beyond what I've seen from any locksmith in the past. My experience was: when I pulled up to a club to perform with my band one night, I got out and immediately locked my instruments inside my truck. Running late and in a panic I saw "Andrews lock and Key" van sitting there. I ran over and told him what happened and as soon as I did he just looked at me like... no problem. And he meant it! I have used Andrews Lock and Key services twice now within the last year. The first time I discovered I'd locked my keys in the house after coming home from camping. All I wanted to do was go inside and enjoy the AC but noooooo the door was locked! Needless to say, it was hot out and I had a very hungry and unhappy 1.5 year old. He quoted me a price on my ignition that would not start with my key, and I was happy with price as I had checked several others.
