Charlie was very friendly and quick to respond. His prices were very competitive versus the dealership. We very highly recommend him!

I had purchased the Viofo A229 Pro along with the hardwiring kit, remote and micro SD card from Amazon months ago. We then went out to take a look at the car real quick. I realized that I probably should've got my window tint done before getting the dash cam installed. Oops. He estimated my car would take about 3 hours so I waited in the waiting area. There are two comfy sofas (room for 6 people), a table of snacks and candy, and mini fridge full of water for guests. Coffee/Turkish coffee was offered. He even offered to buy those in the waiting room lunch too! Really nice of him. Bring some reading material or a laptop to watch some shows on. It'll make 3 hours go by quick! John and his team did a really good job on the install! Wires were tucked in. Everything looked great. He took some time to go over the dash cam and the app. Also showed me what options to change on the app settings as well. Front and rear camera are working great! Also, thank you for the gifts from Istanbul!

My husband researched places to install dash cameras in our car and found EZdashcam. From the…read moremoment you walk in, the staff gives you a warm welcome and already knows who you are since appointments are required in advance. The team is highly professional, especially Kolbi, who is extremely knowledgeable. He ensures that you're informed of any issues or necessary discussions before he and the team proceed with the installation. The dash camera we installed is easy to use and comes with an app, allowing you to download your recordings anytime you need. Before you leave, the staff makes sure you understand all the important features and how to use the system properly. Installation typically takes 1 to 2.5 hours, depending on the complexity, but the team is highly professional, ensuring a clean setup with no visible wires. While you wait, they also offer snacks and coffee to make your experience more comfortable. Pricing varies based on the camera model and memory capacity you choose, but I personally think it's a great deal. I highly recommend EZdashcam for anyone looking for peace of mind on the road and a hassle-free installation experience!

The technician created a basic workaround to get my DS18 BTC-Five Bluetooth receiver working via…read moreaux, but the setup was incomplete and poorly wired. After the install: I lost power to my 12V lighter socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. He mostly likely tapped into the same circuit as the lighter socket, causing power loss (Yeah. He didn't warn me about that before the install!) The audio was also making intermittent Bluetooth pairing failures. I would be driving and then music would stop and start again. Bluetooth phone calls stopped working--only music streamed. The install skipped key components I provided, including the fuse tap, LOC, and amp integration What I learned--and what others should know: The 3.5mm aux jack on the BTC-Five is audio-only and doesn't support calls To restore full functionality, the fuse tap must be moved to a different ACC slot so the lighter circuit isn't interrupted. For Bluetooth calls, you need to use the BTC-Five's RCA outputs and route them through a head unit or amp that supports hands-free calling. If I had known all this upfront, I probably would've skipped the install entirely and just kept using my regular USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable Adapter. It was simpler, reliable, and didn't disable anything in my car. No wonder the guy had a weird vibe! I would have given them 5 stars if they had wired correctly, but the job was rushed and sloppy. He didn't create a solution. He created a problem! Now I'm going to have to get my brother to help me fix this. He said the tech most likely installed the tap with only one fuse (for the BTC-Five). Or inserted it backwards, cutting off power to the original circuit. Or used a single-slot tap, which reroutes power entirely to the new device. This experience taught me how to reclaim my install and turn shortcuts into teachable upgrades. If you're integrating amps or planning full audio control, skip the aux hack and wire it properly. I wasn't impressed with this install. What a total waste of money!!!!!!

He costs the exact same amount as Audio Express except they would have helped me set it up. I'm so pissed. Why the fuck would I buy a dash camera that I can't connect to??? It's completely useless and pointless and I'm now fucking out $450. Screw this place and the rude ass dude at the front. I will never be coming back.

!! DIDN'T PROGRAM RIGHT, POOR COMMUNICATION, LATE, WON'T REFUND !!…read more Honestly the worst company i've dealt with! Was referred by a good buddy, scheduled a date and time for them to come down and program a tcm to a blank valve body on a nissan frontier for $285. Not only did he show up late, he also did NOT program the TCM and claims he did. The truck was still acting the same as before he came, with the truck still stuck in 4th gear when accelerating and also slamming into reverse and drive. Called the programmer a few minutes after he left after I tested the truck and he claimed that it was "programmed" and their machine told them that it was "complete", obviously not willing to come back and check if there was any issue. So I scheduled a date to bring the truck into ABC nissan to program it and it ran fantastic after i picked it up, so I messaged Paul to ask for a refund since the truck was not programmed right and since it was $285! He refuses to take accountability stating it "checked out as completed" and that we received a paper that stated it was completed but the only paper we received was the receipt for the $285. After programming on a nissan, the TCM number is suppose to change from all numerical numbers to a number with letters on the last 5 digits. I scanned the TCM number on Thursday after changing the valve body, seeing that it was all numerical letters, the programmer came in on Friday to program it (late btw), I scanned it again and the number was all numerical numbers still. After bringing it back from the dealership I scanned the TCM number again at the shop and it showed the last 5 digits having letters in it as it should be when it's programmed right. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They're horrible at communicating, show up later than the time asked to come, and obviously can't program right. Not only that, the guy who came to program wasn't even Paul, it was Sean (as stated on the receipt), but yet Paul still vouches that it was "programmed correctly". As a company owner, standing by your work and coming back to check and make sure that it was done correctly should not be an issue but he was not willing to come back to check AT ALL unless charged a "diagnostic fee" when he didn't do it right the first time but i guess $285 for 20 minutes of "work" isn't enough to come back lol. If there were negative stars i would gladly choose the lowest one. Luckily we have everything on recording including the guy that programmed it and the messages sent throughout this altercation.
