Passage knob to the garage failed. I called Jeff and he tried to talk me through the fix on the phone to save me the cost of his visit. Unfortunately, no joy, so Jeff was on his way immediately. With substantial effort, he removed the failed internal workings and replaced with a new assembly so the knobs and keying remained the original. What a wonderful service!! Today we brought our puppies with us to Home Depot. Finished shopping we put the dogs back inside our truck. Fantastic guy! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I broke a key off in my door lock trying to get it open. Thankfully I was able to break into my own apartment, probably should secure my windows a little better... It had been a long day so I made an appointment for the morning and Jeff came by exactly on time, explained the problem to me (who knew locks needed lubricant sometimes or they jam?) and told me what to do to avoid it in the future. Saving his number for all my future lockout problems because I tend to lose my house keys and lock myself out of my car. He's a bargain and the 24 hour service thing is a huge plus.
