I was locked out of my Boulders home. I didn't realize my front door was selft closing. I called Dani's Locksmith and I had Dimitri at my door in 20 minutes. He worked on the front door lock but realized it would have to be drilled to get it open thus destroying the custom door lock. He suggested we look at the windows and we found one that was loose but otherwise locked. A few quick tools and 3 minutes and he was able to pop the window off the railing and we were inside once again. From the first call to re-entry was 40 minutes. So Dani's is a perfect exampleof what customer service used to be like... Finding companies like Dani's today is a real challenge. I have used him now for 3 different jobs. 2 were smaller and one was a 16 lock change out. He worked late into the night to get that one done. Never complained about the hour. When the job required a special tool he did not complain or charge me more for it. He just got it and got the job done. SO refreshing in todays vendor climate. Locked out!! Dani's Locksmith came to my rescue once again. The first time was four years ago when I locked myself out of my house. This time my front security screen door wouldn't unlock so I guess you could say that I was locked in. Dimitri came right when he said he would.
