I originally spoke with Cory to set up an estimate. Ben came to the house for that and I decided to hire Electronic Wizards. Cory and Ben came out to install the antenna I purchased from them. While they were there, Ben scanned all of my TV's to make sure they would work with the antenna. While he was taking care of that, Cory configured the new modem I bought and took care of getting it registered with Cox Communications for Internet. It is so nice to get ride of the phone and cable with Cox. I was impressed with both of these men for their knowledge with all of my questions and how they conducted themselves. I used this Company yesterday, Samuel connected my Soundbar to my TV, and he was helpful & courteous. Everything worked fine until this morning when the sound didn't work at all. I called to have it fixed but the guy on the phone told me he would charge me again to come back. He was quite rude. I paid $ 240.00 since that was what I was told, my receipt said $204.00 though when I looked online. I was also told that he couldn't come back till Tuesday meaning that I can't watch my TV till 4 days later????. I would warn anyone using this Company to be very careful & be aware of the incredibly high price they charge for a 45-minute job. I will never use this Company again, as well as let everyone in my neighborhood know about my negative experience. read more

One call to Electronic Wizards and within two hours of the technicians arrival, we were watching an incredible High Definition picture on our TV. Had Cory out to run speaker wiring, install speakers in our patio ceiling and setup a universal remote for our tv. Not only did Cory do an outstanding job, but he did it all with a smile. He walked us through using the remote and is now very easy to use this remote versus needing to use individual remotes for the tv, roku, receiver and directv. I had an issue last night with using the remote, but was quickly and easily resolved over the phone with the owner (problem was with the roku and not the remote or anything they set up). We're in Casa Grande. They're in Surprise, over 75 miles away! We are chord cutters. We wanted to install an over-the-air TV antenna (for local NBC, CBS, Fox, etc.). A2Z advised against it. The line of sight to the transmitters on South Mountain (Phoenix) was not good. There are two two-story houses to the north of us that block the signal. (Test with a signal strength meter showed that.) They could have said, "Yeah, let's do it." As we see it, they shot straight. They let us know what the situation was, and let us make our own decision. They could have taken our money and run....leaving us with an on-going reminder of a job done poorly. That didn't happen. Grateful for that. In the end we paid a nominal feel to cover the cost of the consultation and trip down. read more

I loved this company, the service tech who came to my house, Ben, and the owner, Keith. They fixed my TV set up and sold me a Denon receiver and installed for a very reasonable price. Later, I had an issue with the TV (unrelated to original call), and Keith walked me thru the fix over the phone no charge! Really just a great place, don't hesitate to give them a call! read more

Corey came to my home to show and explain to me how to get my audio system working the way I wanted. He did great and helped me understand what I had to do to get the best results. My only problem(and this is my fault) is I did not ask what the approximate price would be when I spoke to Keith about this work. It ended costing me $179 with a discount. I was told the usual hourly charge is $189+. I believe he was at my home for approximately 45 min- utes. Again, Corey did everything I asked and was very polite. However, when I was working it took me 8 hours to earn $200. I just want everyone to know that you need to ask what the cost will be before starting the project. I thought is would be reasonable. This company is definitely THE best when it comes to computer repair. Not only was Corey able to reconnect my printer, he was also able to connect my scanner and fix some computer issues as well as router problems. Every time he asked if he could do anything else, I had another issue for him. This guy is pretty awesome when it comes to computers. And what a nice guy. Ben came out & installed a 55 inch TV that included a 36 inch wall mount in the middle of our entertainment unit. He did an outstanding job & did not leave until we were fully satisfied with the operation of the TV. I was extremely impressed with the quick response and fast service after my initial call. I called Keith at the end of the day and he was able to schedule a technician to be at my home by 9:00 the very next morning. I contacted two antenna installers and the first told me there was no way I could get reception. When I contacted Electronic Wizards, I was told that it was worth a try, so I did. The technician was on time and called ahead. He was clean and quite knowledgeable. The installation was a bit of a challenge (poor attic access) but he was able to work around what he had and the job was finished in less time than I expected. He made sure both TVs worked well and took the time to educate me. I had a very positive experience and would recommend these folks. read more

Corey came to our home to give us an estimate and he was easy to understand, kind and professional. Randy, the gentlemen who did the job was patient while dealing with two senior citizens. We've used this company several times over the years with excellent results. They originally installed the components of a surround sound system into a new home we had purchased back in 2011. We recently moved again and Nick came out to install a couple new TV wall mounts, including mounting of a 65" Samsung TV on one, adding a new router, sound bar with sub woofer, etc. It was done efficiently, the areas cleaned prior to leaving along with all the wires & cords banded and hidden. Had a recent instance in which we had no sound when we turned the TV on. Checked & rebooted the cable box, confirmed all wires were are correctly plugged in & attached, etc with no success. Called Keith @ Electronic Wizards who walked me through a few steps on the sound bar, which corrected the problem. Great service and much appreciated! read more
