B&O..not "BO" mind you... is a legendary Danish company creating completely BAD ASS audio…read moreequipment. I'd say it's like the Bose of Europe...only with stunning Scandinavian design, better sound quality, and a significantly heftier price. For this location of Bang & Olufsen (of which they do not have that many in-person stores...I've previously purchased online only), it's nestled between the Scottsdale Airport and Scottsdale Quarter, in a VERY unassuming business park building. In fact, when I found it (very SMALL sign on Butherus to lead the way to the parking lot), I actually thought I had gotten the address wrong, as it looked much more like a B&O location that might do professional home audio installations. Alas, I was in the correct place - they have a small side "PLAY" room that allows you to try out all the gear and see/touch them in person and check out the sound quality and easily compare. I had called the day prior inquiring about a limited time floor sample sale that I had seen on the B&O website, and I was told Kaitlyn was the expert on headphones and would be there to help me. Indeed, she IS a wonderful sales person - incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and very, very patient for my approximately 1000 questions. I ended up buying 2 items (with plans to buy another once some new, more bold colors come out for the EQ in-ear headphones). I'm DEFINITELY not in the market for the home audio items, which can get extremely pricey. Like... EXTREMELY pricey!!! But, it was actually a lot of fun to try out the fancy-pants home audio setups, in a sort of "maybe my life will turn out such that I can afford a home full of B&O gear"! For now, however, I'll enjoy my fancy-pants headphones (the BEST BEST BEST ever) with up to 50 hours of battery life in an altogether beautiful package.

DO NOT GET UNDER CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!…read more They get you into a 5 year contract and the system never works right! We have had DOZENS of false alarm calls to the PD and every time they come out to fix an issue a new one pops up. The system has never worked properly and they do not have a performance clause in the contract so you can't cancel if they don't perform. We finally had to cancel all monitoring and let them bill us monthly for an unused service until our 5 year contract is up. Over the last 3.5 years we have had at least 40 times where a sensor has a low battery, a door sensor doesn't line up right or a control panel loses power and we get a false alarm in the middle of the night. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable company that isn't into a 5 year contract auto renewal and doesn't have a performance clause in the contract. Response to Owner: We have been in contact with Jennifer Little multiple times about this issue and was told there is nothing your company is willing to do.
