So we used them a couple weeks ago he mounted the TV didn't hide any wires. Didn't really do a good job charged me 120 dollars. I then called back and said please come back and hide the cords they said it's not possible I even had someone from maintence let him know it's possible. After that I decide to call them to give them another chance to remedy the problem. I told them if you can hide the wires there let's move the TV to a place where you can hide them. They stopped answering my calls and text. Now I have to hire someone else and pay them another 120 dollars to hide the wires which should have been done In the first place. read more

Do not trust this company! Everything started off well with them. I hired them to mount and conceal a 75 and 65. The 65 was done well and the tech, Dan was helpful and knowledgeable. They came back out for the 75 and during the process the tech found the TV damaged. Understandable, not his fault. We agreed that I would pay him his 168.00 and he would come back out for free whenever I got my replacement to just hang it for me. This was also noted in their Venmo payment. He then asked that I give him the funds as Friends and Family. I did. That was a stupid choice. Within 40 mins of the tech leaving his wife called and said they are now refusing to come back out for free and I would need to pay them their trip charge again!. I said this was not fair and her husband already agreed to this. Her response was "...well just because he is nice and wanted to help you it does not mean we need to do it"...I said "yes it does, exactly!, and again it was not fair or good customer service going forward, she refused. I then said fine, at least reduce it to just the mount install and concealment change and not hanging and she refused as well and wanted the full 168.00 plus a new trip charge. The tech was basically good but his wife can not be trusted and provided awful customer service and was just downright rude over the phone. The call ended badly. She just kept saying "we have great reviews and there is nothing you can do" or when I said I'll write a bad review her response was "you must have a lot of time on your hands". Just a horrible attitude and work ethic. Left bad reviews in five service apps, and contacted Venmo, filed a complaint, and then informed them of their customer service, and them collecting funds as friends and family and not telling the customer if there is an issue we have no recourse. Be aware ! Do not trust anything they promise!! Edit: another company felt so bad how this company treated me, the state they left me in, and their unprofessional methods that they are coming to hang the tv for me. I'll make sure to post a good review for them and recommend them over this one in the future. read more

Wow excellent customer service! I sent a quote request on a Sunday and within minutes I received a reply and got an appt set up for a TV installation above our fireplace that's about 6-7 ft high. The technician installed the TV within 15-20 minutes flat! I was amazed. Originally we had The Geek Squad come out and they told us they couldn't do it because it was too high and the job would require four men and 2 ladders LOL!
