My wifi/hard-wired speeds had been inconsistent and generally very slow. I determined it was likely do to bad cabling from the previous owners, as well as the cabinet having useless, used cables everywhere. I HATED working in that room as it was a nightmare to work with. A picture speaks a thousand words so check out the before and after. He mounted everything in the cabinet very professionally, removed all the redundant and used cables (having to climb through a insulated tightly packed attic) and mounted my router on the outside of the cabinet for easy access and to provide maximum range/efficiency. My speeds on both wifi and hardwired skyrocketed! Even during PEAK hours I was getting well over what my cable company was 'guaranteeing.' Off-hours it is well beyond what is advertised by Cox. He was very thoughtful in his process. (planned ahead and had multiple solutions if he came across any problems.) Beyond the box he checked the Ethernet jacks in every room and re-placed them/tested as necessary. He does full residential and commercial jobs and for the amount of time he spent the price was beyond fair and MUCH lower than I was expecting. I cannot recommend this guy enough!

Ryan suggested a size up which is what I quoted you would cost about $175.00 more that's with no mark up my cost. I can go pick up the screen since Ryan left it up and just credit the customer back. We went for the highest T-Mobile Home Internet plan with the 2 devices: a Gateway & WiFi Mesh Access Point was sent to us and we found switching over and installation to be quick and not difficult. The speed was to be about 200-300 mbps and ends up being about 135 mbps. Why the difference? Because our devices are wireless. Our everyday speed for internet and television streaming is adequate. The beloved T-Mobile customer service is VERY disappointing. For example, when addressing an issue, they said they will email me a link for a VISA gift card to be after 90 days of service. They did not send me the link and when inquired about it they told me it was too late. I told them I never got the link so it took me several calls, being on hold, and transferring me, and then giving me reassurance which ended up being just words and a few lies on what they told me and promised. This involved hours of phone time, and when they decided to enable me to still be eligible for the gift card, they told me it would take "10 weeks, plus or minus 7 additional business days from when it is approved". During this process I was told 3 times I would get a confirmation email, which I never got and also a call back pledge which I never received. So more lies. Gone are the days of their award winning customer service. Now I will be waiting to get the digital MasterCard gift card which I have my doubts about ever receiving. UPDATE: After jumping through hoops and waiting weeks, I DID receive the Promotional Digital MasterCard. To add insult to injury, my home security system has been giving me problems and after a 2 1/2 hour service visit they told me that my T-Mobile internet was inadequate for my security system making it's features unaccessible except for working only intermittently - great huh? I will consider switching from this service when feasible but now I cannot enthusiastically recommend using it.

As a referral, WiredUp came highly recommended and it's easy to see why. Frank initially came by and gave us what he thought would be the best option given our house layout. I did my research and was on board with his suggestion of a wireless Sonos system, especially after Zak dropped by and let us demo one of the speakers. Zak was awesome and way more personable than you would expect of someone who might want to just get the job done and leave. He was on point every step of the way, chatting and joking with us, while he mounted our TV + PlayBar (that were meticulously centered with our room dimensions) and made sure he showed us everything we needed to know in order to run the Sonos App on our phones. Frank also texted me a week later just to make sure we were still happy with their work. Everything runs as advertised and looks even better. I would definitely recommend WiredUp to anyone who wants solid products coupled with better service. These guys are great!

Absolute Nightmare - From Yard Destruction to Billing Deceptions…read more I am beyond finished with Wyyerd. If you value your property or your sanity, stay far away. This company has proven to be nothing more than a repeat of the "Century Link" style billing fiascos and technical incompetence. The "Installation" Disaster: To start, their installation team completely trashed my front yard. I had just spent $500 to have shrubs removed and the yard professionally leveled. Wyyerd came in, trenched through the property to run the cable, and left it a total mess. Their "solution"? They sent someone out to rake some rocks. I had to shell out an additional $200 of my own money just to fix the damage they caused and get my yard back to a level state. Technical Failures: After two months, the service began "freezing" constantly. The most frustrating part? Speed tests show everything is "fine," yet all four adults working in this house experience the exact same connection freeze at the exact same time. It's clearly an infrastructure or equipment issue on their end, but they refuse to acknowledge it. The Bait and Switch: When they finally sent someone out to install a mesh system to "rectify" the freezing, the technician explicitly told me there would be no cost. I checked my very next bill, and what do I see? A price increase for that exact equipment. Zero Customer Retention: When I called to cancel over this unauthorized $5 charge, I didn't get an apology or even a basic attempt to keep my business. The representative was more than happy to just process the cancellation without a single question. That speaks VOLUMES about how little they value their customers. In a market with plenty of options, there is zero reason to put up with a company that destroys your landscaping, fails to provide a stable connection for working professionals, and lies about billing. Avoid at all costs.
