Compushooter has consistently done an amazing job and gone above and beyond what we expected from a tech company. Some companies will do contract work, say it worked for them and leave. We had a DNS issue that took down our network. They came in, fixed the issue and made sure that every user and computer in the office was setup and working before they left. We asked for an expensive answer to the problem and they showed us that they could implement an inexpensive solution. We used them for an office move to get our systems setup while we were not at that location. While the office was being renovated, they came in twice just to make sure the cabling plans were still accurate after changes. They came up with a backup plan when a furniture delivery issue would prevent computers from having internet. They sent video updates on the cabling and rack install process. They scheduled to be there when the internet provider was activating and finishing internet setup to make sure it all worked before we were moving in.
