I am WOWED!!! The "arrow" on my computer was running all over my screen as if it were possessed!! I really need my computer and I honestly got a bit freaked out thinking I might have a big problem!! I called in and had questions on why my HP G6 pavilion was running extremely slow. After explaining the steps I took to remedy and telling them how old/used the hardware was, they were able to help me with diagnostics over the phone. After a while I was told that the computer was probably just starting to reach its point of being obsolete. (This was after performing factory rests, BIOS updates, etc... to no avail) Anyways, I found them very helpful and they were willing to be of assistance free of charge since my computer was beyond repair. When I called I got David directly, and he was more than happy to talk me through my immediate needs. Then, because he made me feel so comfortable with his knowledge I used him the next day for some other issues I had with another computer. These guys were super helpful as I have been going out of my mind trying to just watch a simple youtube video through Google Chrome on a Mac computer without this black screen that comes up prior to the video starting and than every 5-10 minutes during the video. It would state / An error occurred. Please try again later ( Playback ID: Blah Blah) Learn More. You click it and it goes to Troubleshoot internet and device connection. I called Apple support and Cox cable the Internet provider not any help. I call these guys and in less than a minute he shoots me to Chrome:// extensions I delete AD BLOCK items and wala the computer is running perfect. Any future computer issues I would go here. After I explained the ongoing problem with my aging laptop, he told me it wasn't worth repairing due to the expense of the repair compared to the cost of a brand new computer. I feel extremely lucky to have found Dave's company. I sent a laptop to my little brother for his birthday and it kept shutting off on him. I called Dave after reviewing his Yelp reviews. Let me start by saying I didn't hire him and have never met him. I called Dave this morning because I had an issue with my daughter's laptop. Dave could have easily quoted me and I would have immediately hired him. We sort of need her laptop fixed right away. INSTEAD Dave suggested calling Dell to make sure that it wasn't under warranty because I had purchased it under a years time. Hello obvious I should have thought of that. So just got my macbook back from Dave and I am more than please with the results. I had him check out my mac air book because the touch pad was acting up and bent out of shape. I called up Dave and he gave me a free estimate So a few days go by and Dave lets me know that the problem isnt actually my touch pad, but that my battery has actually exploded (crazy I know) and keeps me in the loop on what the price change is going to be.
