I have worked with Don for many years and still use him though I relocatedd five years ago to Florida. Great outfit. I called them when I was at my wits end with my laptop. It was junked up with all sorts of driver issues and I had to close several windows just to print something. Another tech at a big box retail store told me that the cause was a "bad motherboard", but I had to get a second opinion. I was about to trash it and get a new Mac, but I'm glad I called Geek Elite first. Just took my baby to get fixed. The power supply was weak and he was over heating. Don took good care of Cyrian (my gaming PC). In less than a day he had the power supply replaced and even fixed my overheating issue. (This is embarrassing to admit, but my fans were installed the wrong way). He also went over my space problem. I can't say enough about Don and his computer services. My laptop was attacked by several nasty viruses and of course, during a time when I needed the computer to be operational. I called Don in somewhat of a panic because I needed the computer repaired in less than 24 hours in order to use it for an exam for school the next day.
