I had the good fortune to have Morgan Gates to be my technician when my computer and internet went chaotic on me last week. As an attorney who runs a law firm, I cannot afford to have that happen. He was a lifesaver and got me up and running in a short amount of time. Morgan is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great demeanor with clients. Tech-4-Life is lucky to have him. Morgan will be my go-to person from now on. Thank you, Morgan, for everything. (This review was written on February 17, 2025 on their FB page. I have used Tech-4-Life for ten years and recommend them to anyone who needs computer repair/assistance.) read more

Outstanding Support from Colin and Carly! I cannot recommend Tech 4 Life highly enough! I recently worked with two exceptional team members who made what could have been stressful transitions incredibly smooth. Colin helped me migrate my business email from a third-party provider directly to Microsoft. After a frustrating experience with my previous provider, I had countless questions and concerns. Colin was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to clearly explain what had happened with the previous setup and what to expect moving forward. His expertise and calm demeanor put me completely at ease, and the transition was seamless. I couldn't be happier with the results! I also worked with Carly on transitioning my business website from an outdated provider to a modern, updated platform. Carly truly listened to my requirements and worked collaboratively with me to ensure every detail was addressed. The new website looks fantastic, and the process was painless thanks to her attention to detail and commitment to getting it right. Beyond my business needs, my husband and I also rely on Tech 4 Life for our home computer security. Their Proactive Computer Security and Virus Protection services give us complete peace of mind knowing our personal systems are protected. A special shoutout to Andre, who mans the front desk and is always ready to answer a quick question with a smile, and to Steve, the owner, who is pleasant and clearly sets the tone for the exceptional customer service culture at Tech 4 Life. Tech 4 Life has earned my complete confidence and trust for both business and personal tech needs. If you're looking for knowledgeable, patient, and professional tech support, look no further. Thank you to the entire team for making everything so effortless! read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Slater on several occasions troubleshooting my exterior security system and various PC issues. If I could give him 20 stars I would not hesitate. I am technically challenged but not once was ever made to feel humiliated. Slater was always prompt, polite, personable & ethical with a positive and caring attitude. Every question was answered to the level of my understanding. After years of using other Technical companies, I can proudly say I'm very impressed with TechFourLife and with Slater. This company is a customer focused friendly company, 2nd to none. Thank You Slater. read more

We needed help, again, getting my husband's computer straightened out, following too many attempts to get in with incorrect password.. Andre, Brendan, Collin and Steve have all helped us greatly, in the past several years. One of the many things that I love and appreciate is that the team is cross trained, and adds relevant notes to their account of your computer. One of their teammates can always "pick up" where the previous staff member left off . (if we immediately goof up, again, and are back the next day..) As the spouse, and often the one who explains the issue, they never treat me like I don't know much (which is the truth), are respectful, and explains things concisely to an amateur. I guess the thing I love most is that everyone is kind and treats us like family.. We always want to support local businesses and would never go anywhere else. I am involved with Desert Foothills Library, as a volunteer, and know they have helped many of us at the libray, and in our businesses THANK YOU, Tech 4 Life Celeste and Denny Flachsbart read more

Do not believe the positive reviews for this company. To begin with, they are extremely difficult to reach on the phone. I called them first thing in the morning to request a call back and service. No one called me back for the entire day. When I then called in at 4:45 p.m., the operator picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me -- didn't want to deal with the call. When I called back the second time, the woman with whom I spoke was then incredibly rude and flip. She could not have cared less that I spent the whole day waiting for them to call me back. Then, when I asked for service the nexty day, I was told they were booked. So, I've lost 2 whole business days with these jokers. Slater was great, he was very patient with me, trying to find everything he needed in this house that I'm not very familiar with in order to fix my problems, which he did. I have been a Tech4Life customer for several years now. I find the entire staff to be friendly, responsible, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and professional. They take the time to help me, a 70something lady with limited technical skills, to understand the problem and learn how to avoid it next time. They teach me skills that I need to use the computer properly. And they take the time to teach their clients how to avoid scams and other problems that can lock up your computer and cost a great deal of money to repair or replace. I recommend them highly. I have no idea what I would do without their expertise. read more

2 completely different problems - not being able to bring up a long used program and a glitch with the printer - were solved in less than a 1/2 hour after parts had been ordered for the printer, exceeding expectations, although this is in line with previous experience with this company. Reload quicken. Excellent service. I think I am in there for something small to them but not to me. Frequently fixes on their first try.

I first met this business back in 2015 when I worked for an independent adjusting company. This computer services business managed our two servers and all of our office computers and system. Personally, I had an issue with my 2006 Dell tower, and they replaced my dying hard drive then and installed a new one and a new power switch and upgraded my system from XP Professional to Windows 7. Ever so grateful. Then, just this month, my 9-year-old laptop has issues and none of my passwords worked and the system would not allow me to correct things. I called, they said bring it in, while I wait, and out the door one hour later and all good to go with the admonishment that a 9-year-old laptop may need replacement before too much more time passes. They were right. Just five days later and I am already shopping, as two of the three USB ports have already died and it just is not worth repairing that 9-year-old laptop. If they could only fix my 72-year-old body as quickly and easily. Nice to have a port in a storm! read more

The only business related activity I have had with Tech 4 Life computers is they design and maintain a website for a business that is involved in consumer fraud. Originally Tech 4 Life was what I thought to be an innocent business partner using information supplied to them. The offending business told me that they do not control their website and it is operated by Tech 4 Life. If this business gave me false information, I apologize to Tech 4 Life if they no longer have any involvement in said site. I also understand that Tech 4 Life does not do the social media for the offending business. I was hoping that informing Tech 4 Life of the site they maintain that the use of my business name was fraudulent. I sent the owner a copy of the cease and desist I sent to the business as well in hopes that as a community business partner Tech 4 Life would cease assisting in the fraud. Sadly the business they work for is still currently committing fraud and the website still uses my business name as well as having Tech 4 Life's name at the bottom of the page. Tech 4 Life is still using my name in the website which now makes them part of the problem based on the information given to me. As Tech 4 Life's name is still on the website of the offending company I draw the conclusion that they support said fraud. Any company supporting consumer fraud to any level would make me question using them. Seeing as how Tech 4 Life never contacted me I take it as they have no problem with the situation. Bottom line, I was hoping for a professional business response as oppose to no response. Just wanted to give consumers a heads up. read more
