We needed help, again, getting my husband's computer straightened out, following too many attempts to get in with incorrect password.. Andre, Brendan, Collin and Steve have all helped us greatly, in the past several years. One of the many things that I love and appreciate is that the team is cross trained, and adds relevant notes to their account of your computer. One of their teammates can always "pick up" where the previous staff member left off . (if we immediately goof up, again, and are back the next day..) As the spouse, and often the one who explains the issue, they never treat me like I don't know much (which is the truth), are respectful, and explains things concisely to an amateur. Do not believe the positive reviews for this company. To begin with, they are extremely difficult to reach on the phone. I called them first thing in the morning to request a call back and service. No one called me back for the entire day. When I then called in at 4:45 p.m., the operator picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me -- didn't want to deal with the call. When I called back the second time, the woman with whom I spoke was then incredibly rude and flip. She could not have cared less that I spent the whole day waiting for them to call me back. Then, when I asked for service the nexty day, I was told they were booked. So, I've lost 2 whole business days with these jokers. If you are busy business owner who needs a responsive and responsible IT company, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I first met this business back in 2015 when I worked for an independent adjusting company. This computer services business managed our two servers and all of our office computers and system. Personally, I had an issue with my 2006 Dell tower, and they replaced my dying hard drive then and installed a new one and a new power switch and upgraded my system from XP Professional to Windows 7. Ever so grateful. Then, just this month, my 9-year-old laptop has issues and none of my passwords worked and the system would not allow me to correct things. I called, they said bring it in, while I wait, and out the door one hour later and all good to go with the admonishment that a 9-year-old laptop may need replacement before too much more time passes. They were right. Just five days later and I am already shopping, as two of the three USB ports have already died and it just is not worth repairing that 9-year-old laptop. If they could only fix my 72-year-old body as quickly and easily. Nice to have a port in a storm! read more

The only business related activity I have had with Tech 4 Life computers is they design and maintain a website for a business that is involved in consumer fraud. Originally Tech 4 Life was what I thought to be an innocent business partner using information supplied to them. The offending business told me that they do not control their website and it is operated by Tech 4 Life. If this business gave me false information, I apologize to Tech 4 Life if they no longer have any involvement in said site. I also understand that Tech 4 Life does not do the social media for the offending business. I was hoping that informing Tech 4 Life of the site they maintain that the use of my business name was fraudulent. I sent the owner a copy of the cease and desist I sent to the business as well in hopes that as a community business partner Tech 4 Life would cease assisting in the fraud. Sadly the business they work for is still currently committing fraud and the website still uses my business name as well as having Tech 4 Life's name at the bottom of the page. Tech 4 Life is still using my name in the website which now makes them part of the problem based on the information given to me. As Tech 4 Life's name is still on the website of the offending company I draw the conclusion that they support said fraud. Any company supporting consumer fraud to any level would make me question using them. Seeing as how Tech 4 Life never contacted me I take it as they have no problem with the situation. Bottom line, I was hoping for a professional business response as oppose to no response. Just wanted to give consumers a heads up. read more
